    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method which facilitates diagnosis after the occurrence of moderate-sized earthquakes, which requires only minimum substrate treatment in construction, which enables a reinforcing resin to be easily and surely impregnated with a resin, and which facilitates construction.
      SOLUTION: In this method, the existing structure is reinforced in such a manner that a braid-like or strip-shaped carbon fiber-containing reinforcing material is spirally or streakily wound at predetermined intervals around a surface of an existing structure. When a braid-like or strip-shaped carbon fiber material, which is not impregnated with the resin, is impregnated with the resin and turned into a reinforcing material, the braid-like or strip-shaped carbon fiber material, which is not impregnated with the resin, passes through the resin tank which is filled with the impregnation resin, immediately before being wound around the structure. Particularly, the resin tank is included in a handheld device 1; the carbon fiber material is impregnated with the resin through the resin tank in the device; and the carbon fiber material 3' after resin impregnation is wounded as-is around the existing structure after being pulled out from the device.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater board installed in a reusable manner even though the renewal of a floor finish material becomes necessary without giving any damage to a soaking material laid on the top surface of the heater board permitting to peel off a floor finish material and to reuse the heater board. SOLUTION: In a heater board 1 for a floor heating layer having a soaking material 15 made of a metal plate or foil at least on its top surface, a sacrificing layer 16 is adhered to the top surface of the soaking material 15 with an adhesive having an adhesive strength of 2 to 10 N/cm conforming to the 90-degree peeling off method prescribed in the JIS Z0237, and the soaking material 15 is adhered to the main body 1' of the heater board with an adhesive having an adhesive strength greater than that used for adhering the soaking material 15 to the sacrificing layer 16.
