    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method which facilitates diagnosis after the occurrence of moderate-sized earthquakes, which requires only minimum substrate treatment in construction, which enables a reinforcing resin to be easily and surely impregnated with a resin, and which facilitates construction.
      SOLUTION: In this method, the existing structure is reinforced in such a manner that a braid-like or strip-shaped carbon fiber-containing reinforcing material is spirally or streakily wound at predetermined intervals around a surface of an existing structure. When a braid-like or strip-shaped carbon fiber material, which is not impregnated with the resin, is impregnated with the resin and turned into a reinforcing material, the braid-like or strip-shaped carbon fiber material, which is not impregnated with the resin, passes through the resin tank which is filled with the impregnation resin, immediately before being wound around the structure. Particularly, the resin tank is included in a handheld device 1; the carbon fiber material is impregnated with the resin through the resin tank in the device; and the carbon fiber material 3' after resin impregnation is wounded as-is around the existing structure after being pulled out from the device.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly close an injection pipe by a valve body when an adhesive syringe is pulled out, in the adhesive injection pipe constituted so that a valve member comprising an elastic material having a slit formed to its upper surface part is watertightly fitted in the recessed part formed to the inside of the base end part of the pipe erected from a seat plate and the slit of the valve member is forcibly opened by the nozzle of the adhesive syringe inserted from the leading end of the pipe.
      SOLUTION: The width of the upper surface part of the valve member in a direction orthogonal to the slit is formed so as to relatively become larger than the width of the recessed part and the valve member is fitted in the recessed part so that the slit edges thereof are mutually brought to a pressure contact state.
