    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insulate coils and a core from each other in an inner rotor motor without fail. SOLUTION: The armature 3 of an inner rotor motor includes multiple teeth 31, a support ring 33 that supports the multiple teeth 31 from outside, insulators that cover the multiple teeth 31, and coils 35 formed by winding conductors from outside the teeth 31. The insulators consist of teeth insulators 321 constructed of substantially annular upper member and lower member installed from above and beneath the teeth 31, an outside insulator, an upper insulator 323, and a lower insulator. In the armature 3, contact between the outside surfaces of the coils 35 and the inner circumferential surface of the support ring 33 is prevented by the outside insulator, and contact between the coils 35 and the side faces of the teeth is prevented by the teeth insulators 321.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fill the area between wiring members with resin when the bus bar of an electric motor is formed by injection molding.
      SOLUTION: The bus bar 51 attached to the armature of an electric motor includes: four wiring plates 516 disposed perpendicularly to the central axis at intervals in the direction in which the central axis is oriented; and a resin portion 517 formed by injection molding so that it completely wraps the four wiring plates 516. A resin passage hole 519 that is a through hole through which resin passes when the resin portion 517 is molded is formed in the wiring plates 516. When the bus bar 51 is molded, resin is injected into a mold for resin molding with the four wiring boards 516 supported by support pins provided in the mold. Resin moves in the space between the mold and the wiring boards 516 and in the spaces between the adjacent wiring boards 516 through the resin passage hole 519 in each wiring board 516 and from space to space. Therefore, the area between the wiring boards 516 can be easily filled with resin.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a movement of electronic parts even when the electronic parts fall off from a fixed position in an electric motor which assists driving operation of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This stator portion 3a of the motor has a bus bar 51 attached to an armature 3, and a substrate 52 attached to the bus bar 51. A first recessed portion 516 facing a portion of the circuit board 52 is formed at a surface of the bus bar 51 on the side of the circuit board 52. All chip parts 524 mounted on a surface on the circuit board 52 are mounted in advance in a recessed portion facing range 523 on the bus bar 51 side of the circuit board 52. By attaching the substrate 52 to the bus bar 51, the chip parts 524 on the circuit board 52 are covered with the first recessed portion 516, therefore the movement in the chip parts 524 can be restricted within the first recessed portion 516 even when the chip parts 524 fall off from the fixed position on the circuit board 52.
