    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification reactor efficiently removing up to light tar in a system with a simple method and reducing a cost for tar treatment.
      SOLUTION: In the circulating fluidized bed gasification reactor configured such that a raw material is gasified in a fluidized bed gasification furnace in which a fluid medium is introduced, char generated during gasification and the fluid medium are introduced into a fluidized bed combustion furnace of a latter part to burn an unburned component and the reheated fluid medium is circulated in a reactor furnace, multi-stage cyclones are provided at a latter part of the fluidized bed combustion furnace, tar adsorptive particles and/or ash particles having comparatively large particle diameter are discharged out of the furnace by the first-stage cyclone and separated from an exhaust gas by the second-stage or latter cyclones.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating fluidized bed gasification furnace reducing the amount used of porous fine particles having the preferable adsorption efficiency of tar as little as possible without allowing the porous fine particles to coexist with ash particles and further improving gasification efficiency in a gasification furnace with a convenient technique.
      SOLUTION: The circulating fluidized bed gasification furnace is configured such that raw material is gasified in the fluidized bed gasification furnace to which a fluidizing medium is introduced, char produced upon gasification and the fluidizing medium are introduced to a fluidized bed combustion furnace of a subsequent step to combust an uncombusted content and, at the same time, the reheated fluidized medium is circulated in a reaction furnace, wherein a pyrolysis furnace of a two-stage furnace structure having a tar absorption furnace and a fuel pyrolysis furnace respectively on the upper and lower sides is disposed on a precedent step of the fluidized bed gasification furnace, a char gasification furnace and a char residue combustion furnace are connected in the order on a subsequent step of the lower stage, a coke gasification furnace and a coke residue combustion furnace are connected in the order on a subsequent step of the tar absorption furnace of the upper stage and, at the same time, a separate gasifying agent introduction means is disposed on each of the char gasifying furnace and the coke gasifying furnace.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating fluidized bed gasification reactor enabling to effectively use a deteriorated tar adsorptive substance in a fluidized bed gasification furnace with a simple method without easily disposing of the tar adsorptive substance.
      SOLUTION: In the circulating fluidized bed gasification reactor configured such that a raw material is gasified in a fluidized bed gasification furnace into which a fluid medium is introduced, char generated during gasification and the fluid medium are introduced into a fluidized bed combustion furnace of a latter part to burn an unburned component and the reheated fluid medium is circulated in a reactor furnace, a thermal decomposition furnace having a two-stage structure vertically having a tar absorption furnace and a fuel thermal decomposition furnace is provided in a prior stage of the fluidized bed gasification furnace, so that the fluid medium taken out from the fuel thermal decomposition furnace of a lower stage and containing unburned char and a fluid medium taken out from the tar absorption furnace of an upper stage and adsorbing tar can be respectively independently circulated, and a communicating path connecting to a side surface of the tar absorption furnace and a side surface of the fuel thermal decomposition furnace is provided so that the fluid medium adsorbing tar in the tar absorption furnace of the upper stage can be supplied to the fuel thermal decomposition furnace of the lower stage when the deteriorated fluid medium is taken out from the fuel thermal decomposition furnace.
