摘要： Mouse is immunized with an antigen of a lipid fraction originating from Mycoplasma fermentans. Its spleen cells are fused with mouse myeloma cells to prepare hybridomas. A hybridoma is selected, which produces a monoclonal antibody having reaction specificity to GGPL-III that is a phosphocholine-containing glycoglycerolipid specific to Mycolplasma fermentans. Mycoplasma fermentans is detected by using the obtained antibody.
