SOLUTION: A stud locking part comprises an outer tube part 7, an inner tube part 8 inserted into the outer tube part 7, and a vibration-proof part made of a soft resin interposed between them. The vibration-proof part is molded by means of insert molding with the inner tube part 8 accommodated within the outer tube part 7. For the purpose of preventing deformation of the inner tube part 8 caused by injection pressure at the time of molding, reinforcing ribs 15A, 15B are formed on an inner face of the inner tube part 8 along a height direction. This reinforcing ribs 15A, 15B are also used as insertion guidance of a stud bolt SB.

摘要： A holding member (1) for holding a pipe (P) and a mounting member (2) for fixing the pipe (P) to a body panel (B) are previously connected together by a thin connecting portion (9) to be integrated. Since the coupling member (3) is formed of a rubber material, vibration caused in the pipe (P) can be prevented from being transferred to the body side.

A linking member (3) is formed in that state. Therefore, workability is superior to separate charging of the two members (1, 2) into metallic molds. Since the holding member (1) and the fitting member (2) are kept in a linked state by the linking member (3) which is formed of a rubbery material, any vibration occurring on the pipe is prevented from being readily transmitted to the fitting member (2) and consequently to the body.
