摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain almost perfect uniform distribution for raw materials by combining the variable throttle device at the exit of a circular shoot with the detecting device for the reserved raw materials in the circular shoot. CONSTITUTION:A circular shoot 3 is a simple and axial-symmetrical structure having a nozzle like throttle portion 15 in its lower central part, and supports a bracket 19 by a holding roller 20, and further is freely rotatable by a driving device 21. Raw material is transferred into the furnace-inside 10 through a stationary hopper 2, a gate valve 4, a seal valve 5, a small bell hopper 6, a small bell 7, a large bell hopper 8 and a large bell 9 under the circular shoot 3. A cone like throttle device 14 in the throttle portion 15 is freely movable up and down by a driving device 16 by way of a throttle driving rod 22 in which a bell driving rod 12 is positioned, thereby regulating freely the gap of the throttle portion 15 and controlling the amount of the raw material reserved in said shoot 3. This reserved amount of the raw material is detected by a detecting device 17. As a control device 18 sends the signal to keep the reserved amount in a predetermined range to the device 16, falling of the raw material is kept always uniform.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform receiving of molten pig iron while suppressing foaming perfectly by determining the storage height of the molten pig iron and the thickness of a slag layer from the amt. of the molten pig iron received in a vessel and the amt. of addition of a desiliconizing agent and moving a gas blowing nozzle in follow up to the ascending of the slag layer. CONSTITUTION:The amt. of the molten pig iron received in a molten pig iron receiving vessel is measured continuously, and the height of the molten pig iron is determined from the relations between the amt. of the molten pig iron received and the storage height of the molten metal which are prepared beforehand. On the other hand, the thickness of the slag layer floating on the upper part of the molten pig iron is determined theoretically from the amt. of addition of the desiliconizing agent. With respect to the slag layer ascending in accordance with the ascending of the storage height of the molten pig iron, the nozzle under blowing of gas is moved upward in follow up to the desired positions in the vertical direction. Thereby, a desired amt. of the molten pig iron is received safely under the perfect suppression of foaming in the floating slag.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a suppressing device for slag foaming by communicating an iron lance having an iron gas blow nozzle disposed with plural small holes at its leading end and a flexible hose having a winding drum. CONSTITUTION:The molten iron 2 flowing out from the spout end 1 of the hearth spout of a blast furnace is guided by a tilting spout 3 into a vessel 4. In order to prevent slag foaming by the desiiconizing agent added to the molten iron 2, a gas is blown into the molten iron 2 in the vessel 4 by a device provided to a hearth surface 5. A gas blowing nozzle 6 having many small holes of about 15mm.phi is connected to the leading end of an iron lance 7 of about 50mm. inside diameter. The lance 7 is communicated with a flexible hose 8 which moves upward and downward within a lance guide port 9, and the hose 8 is wound on a winding drum 11 by a guide wheel 10 and is communicated with this. The drum 11 is communicated with a gas feed pipe 16, and is rotated by driving of a motor 15, thereby moving the lance 7 vertically with the flexible hose 8.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the treating effect by a treating agent for molten iron sufficiently and to decrease the damaging area of a hearth spout limitedly by adding the treating agent for molten iron to the molten iron flow flowing in the hearth spout of a blast furnace from the back of the sharp falling flow which is created locally in said flow. CONSTITUTION:The molten iron flowed out from the tap hole 1 of a blast furnace is flowed on a hearth spout 2, is dropped from the terminal end of the spout onto a tilting spout 3 and is then charged into a torpede car 4. A level difference part 5 is built at a short distance (near about 0.5mm. upper stream) from the terminal end of the spout 2. An opening 7 is pierced to the inclined wall surface 6 of the spout 2, and a piping 8 for adding a treating agent (e.g.; a desulfurizing agent such as CaO) is connected to this opening 7. The above- mentioned treating agent in the form of powder or grains is beforehand added in a treating agent hopper 9, whereby the treating agent is flowed down by gravity, is added into the molten iron flow through the opening 7, and is included into the molten iron successively, so that the reaction treatment is effected before it arrives at the trough 3 in a mixing area 10.
