    • PURPOSE:To hold pressure difference between two chambers and to prevent generation of a flaw on the surfaces of a plate material by lengthening the conveying passage of the plate material which is surrounded with the upper and lower plates and the right and left sealing plates corresponding to the gap between the plates and bringing the upper surface of the plate material into contact with the guide rolls and conveying the plate. CONSTITUTION:The guide rolls 7a, 7b are provided to the front and rear ends of the carrier direction of a plate S on the upper plate 5 and the shafts of the rolls 7a, 7b are made parallel to the surface of the plate S and made rectangular to the carrier direction of the plate S and provided with a gap from a lower plate 6. Furthermore the sealing plates 8a, 8b are provided to both side ends of the plates 5, 6 in the conveying direction of the plate S and these plates 8a, 8b bury the gap of both plates 5, 6 and closely adhere to the side walls 9a, 9b of two chambers. Therefore the plate S can be conveyed with its lower surface being in noncontact state and when coating treatment is applied on the lower surface thereof, a flaw and dirt are not caused. Further ventilation resistance of gas between two chambers A and B can be made large by the length of the passage of the plate and pressure difference between two chambers can be held.

    • PURPOSE:To separate and to collect dust by filtration utilizing flocculating and electrical replusive effect for dust on the surface of bag filter decreasing pressure drop of the bag filter by providing an electrically charged part in a box body of the bag filter and by charging the dust preliminarily. CONSTITUTION:A bag filter 6 having an opening at its bottom end is housed in a cylindrical filter chamber 9. A discharge electrode 4 is provided to the external periphery of the cylindrical filter chamber 9 to form an electric charging chamber 7. The electric charging chamber 7 and the filter chamber 9 are arranged concentrically, and the bottom end part of the electric charging chamber 7 forms a dust collecting hopper 8, and a dust conveyor 11 is installed interposing a conveyor cover 12 in combination. The cylindrical filter chamber 9 is communicated with an exhaust port 10 of purified gas, and a duct 1 is, on one hand, provided in the tangential direction to the electric charging chamber above the cylindrical electric charging chamber 7. The dust-contg. gas 2 introduced through the duct is charged in the electric charging chamber receiving cyclone effect and is sucked by the bag filter 6 and filtered, and purified gas is recovered from the exhaust port 10.

    • PURPOSE: To enhance electrostatic filtering dust collection effect, by such an inexpensive structure that a contact body is provided to the pipeline in the entry side of a filter device and dust is charged by the friction with the contact body.
      CONSTITUTION: Dust-containing gas 5 generated at the sintering time of an iron ore is introduced into a contact body 8 from an inlet pipe 7. The contact body 8 is formed, for example, so as to have a desired shape such that a vinyl chloride pipe with an inner diameter of 50mm and a total length of 9m is bent at right angles at two places on the way thereof and dust receives the friction with the contact body 8 at a sufficient speed for a sufficient time to be charged. The dust charged by friction is guided to a filter chamber 2 and collected by a filter 1 while flocculated by Coulomb's force.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a steel plate whose surface nature is excellent, by providing opposingly a brush roll inserting plural wires on the outside peripheral surface, and a magnet roll, and pressing the wire against the steel plate surface by the magnet roll. CONSTITUTION:Plural holes 7 are provided in the radial direction on the surface of a brushing roll 3, and plural wires 8 are inserted so as to be movable in the radial direction. A brushing roll cover 4 is formed cylindrically on the same shaft center as the shaft of the roll 3, and a part opposed to a magnet roll 6 is notched. When a steel plate 1 passes through between the roll 3 and the magnet roll 6 by a given tension, the roll 3 is rotated in the direction opposite to the steel plate 1, and a wire 8 of the roll 3 is attracted by an incorporated electromagnetic force 25 of the roll 6. Accordingly, the wire 8 is pressed against the surface of the steel plate 1 and descaled. According to this method, the steel plate is descaled efficiently, therefore, the steel plate 1 having a good surface nature is obtained.
