    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglare film that eliminates reflection, white blur or the like under outside light and has excellent contrast performance and fingermark resistance, and to provide an antiglare coating composition. SOLUTION: The antiglare coating composition that is applied onto a transparent substrate 5 to form an antiglare layer 3 includes a first component and a second component. The first component is an unsaturated double bond-containing acrylic copolymer, and the second component is a polyfunctional unsaturated double bond-containing component containing two or more unsaturated double bond-containing monomers. The composition further includes a polyether skeleton-containing urethane (metha)acrylate as a third component, and/or a (metha)acrylate having a ring structure, comprising at least one reactive unsaturated double bond and having refractive index of ≥1.52 as a forth component. After the composition is applied on the transparent base material, the first component and the second component cause phase separation on the basis of the difference between the physical properties of the first and second components, to form the antiglare layer having random irregularity on the surface thereof.
