摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a tunnel rigid in lining the interior wall of the tunnel using hexagonal segments by forming the segments so that joints between pieces of the segments are joined together into a spiral shape relative to the direction of the axis of the tunnel. SOLUTION: Segments 20 that are hexagonal, long plates are used, with three pairs of opposite sides 22a to 22f of each plate made parallel to one another. The sides 22a, 22d on the side between rings are held parallel and at equal distances to a diagonal 26 connecting a pair of corners 24b, 24e together, the adjacent two sides 22b, 22c are made to have different lengths via a pair of opposite corners 24b, 24e, and angles α, β are both set to range from not less than 90 to not more than 180 degrees. The plate is curved about the axis of the tunnel which is parallel to a line that orthogonally intersects the sides 22a, 22d on the side between the rings. The interior wall of the tunnel is lined with the segments 20, and joints on the side of the spaces between pieces of the segments 20 are formed into a spiral shape about the axis of the tunnel. Thus rigidity as a ring can be enhanced.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb the position error of male and female fittings at the time of an assembly work, and prevent the appearance of a gap between both fittings by forming a projection streak on both sides of a buried fitting to clamp a dovetail web part, regarding a joint between dovetailed segments. SOLUTION: The breadthwise butt ends of segments have a buried fitting made of a male fitting 2A of T-shaped cross section and another buried fitting made of a female fitting 3 of C-shaped cross section respectively for mutual engagement and coupling. Projection streaks 2b and 2c are formed at both sides of the lower surface of a flange 2a as the tensile load acting surface of the male fitting 2A, and formed as the initial support point part where a tensile load acts. The deformation of the flange 2a is thereby facilitated until the occurrence of the prescribed displacement from a tensile displacement start point, upon the exposure of the flange 2a to an initial load as the tensile load, thereby reducing the apparent tensile rigidity of a joint 31. As a result, even if a proper positional relationship is not set between the male fitting 2A and the female fitting 3, tension is absorbed at the time of the coupling and engagement thereof, and the appearance of a gap between the male fitting 2A and the female fitting 3 is prevented.

CONSTITUTION: A space between joint faces of each segment 10 in the peripheral direction is so arranged that its removal may be restricted with a fit-in structure of a projecting joint 13 and a recessed joint 12. Since it is also arranged so as to produce a wedge effect on each locking face of the joints 12 and 13, the removal of each segment in the tunnel axial direction is restricted as well. Then, for the space between the joint faces of each segment 10 in the tunnel axial direction, each of the adjacent segments 10 is deviated by a half length in the tunnel axial direction where one segment 10 is mounted across two segments 10, thereby restricting the removal of each segment 10 in the tunnel axial direction effectively. This construction makes it possible to connect the segment only by pushing in and enhance bending rigidity in the peripheral direction and upgrade construction efficiency dramatically.

摘要： PURPOSE: To accurately construct a lining body closely stuck to the ground in a simplified process in a lining method in which only the outer shell of a tunnel is excavated ahead of time and reduce the construction period and cost. CONSTITUTION: Underground is excavated by an excavating machine 30 and after a certain unit in length has been excavated, vacant bags having water permeability are arranged in the groove-shaped and circular ground void generated at the rear side of excavating machine 30 and concrete (or mortar) is placed in the bags with pressure to construct the bagged concrete 31 as a concrete lining body. The working tunnels 33 may be applied with the bagged lining bodies in the same way with the ring part 32. The bagged concrete right after placing may be more pressurized to closely stick to the ground and more dewatered. In this way, the ground is prevented from slacking, by the pressurizing process and the quality of the bagged concrete lining body is increased owing to the dewatering of unnecessary water. Because of the bagged concrete, it is prevented from flowing out and hence, soil and underground water are prevented from mixing therewith and the quality can be secured.

The bagged concrete is swollen throughout a predetermined range by pressurization, the concrete in the bag 6 is dewatered, and thus solid bagged concrete lining 8 is easily formed, whereby a highly accurate tunnel shell can be constructed in a short construction period at low cost.
