摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct lining in intimate contact with natural ground and to reduce construction period and cost by solving problems with tunnel lining method, such as packing of backfill in lined segments, the leakage of concrete in ECL method, the accuracy of filling inside natural ground, generation of dust and bouncing in spraying method, and the quality control, etc., of sprayed material, and by simplifying constructing processes. SOLUTION: As a shield is advanced, an inner form 5 is assembled in the form of a ring, a water-permeable bag 6 is placed, and concrete 7 is pressurized and placed in the bag 6 within a space surrounded by a press ring 4 installed on the working face side of the inner form 5, the inner form 5, an existing lined body 8, and natural ground, to form ring-shaped concrete lining 8 to provide a lined body. The bagged concrete is swollen throughout a predetermined range by pressurization, the concrete in the bag 6 is dewatered, and thus solid bagged concrete lining 8 is easily formed, whereby a highly accurate tunnel shell can be constructed in a short construction period at low cost.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an outer shell preceding type shield tunnel construction method in which the shell part is in advance excavated in a ring form and a lining is provided in this part for supporting the earth pressure and water pressure from the natural ground reasonably, whereby it is possible to effectively erect the lining and make use of the excavated section. SOLUTION: This shield excavating machine concerned is composed of an outer steel shell 1 and an inner steel shell 2, wherein the outer shell 1 is furnished on the whole periphery with a mildly curved surface in convex form over the whole circumference while the inner shell 2 is positioned confronting the outer with a prescribed spacing reserved in between and has a curved surface 5 swelling inward in four places. In this part, working shaft is formed, and segments carried in therefrom are assembled along the inner surface of the outer shell 1 so that a lining is formed having a mildly curved surface convex outward. Segment(s) for the working shaft is attached to the inside of this lining in the zone with the working shaft and removed along with excavation of the inside of the lining.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield tunnel lining body comprising plural segments of concrete assembled in a circumferential direction and an axial line direction to be integrated with each other by prestress introduced in which used PC steel quantity is reduced, and in which the segments can be tightened in the circumferential direction and the axial direction in simple structure. SOLUTION: Segments disposed adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction are disposed to be deflected in an axial line direction, and plural circumferential PC steel members are inserted through all the segments. For one segment 1, it is adjacent in the circumferential direction to two segments 2, 7 adjacent in the axial line direction, and it is integrated with either of them by tension of the PC steel members 11a, 11b. The PC steel members are disposed to form such conditions for all the segments, and prestress is introduced in the circumferential direction only. The segments adjacent in the axial line direction are thus jointed with each other through the segments adjacent in the circumferential direction to be also tightened in the axial direction.

摘要： PURPOSE: To hold the quantity of abrasive fed to a nozzle at a prescribed fixed value by controlling the feed quantity of the abrasive from a feeder based on an electric signal from a speed sensor which detects the feed quantity of the abrasive fed from the feeder to the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: An abrasive moving speed is detected by a speed sensor 16 and the feed quantity of the abrasive which fallen from a feeder 15 to be sent to a nozzle 7 is thus sent to an electric controller 18 as an electric signal. The turning-on/off and the rotating speed of the feeder 15 are controlled based on the difference between the feed quantity measurement value and the set value in the electric controller 18. The feed quantity of the abrasive fed from the feeder 15 to the nozzle 7 is thus held at a desired fixed value at all times. In this case, when no abrasive is sent thereto because of the closure and breakage of a transport pipe 12b, it is detected by the speed measurement value by the speed sensor 16 dropped to zero so that the progress of the cutting work by the abrasive is stopped and the generation of an uncut position is prevented before happening.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the obstruction for the smooth operation of a chain cutter for excavating ground due to the intrusion of soil particles and preventing the excavation for the ground for a long period from being disabled. CONSTITUTION:As for a chain cutter 1 for excavating ground, a cutter chain 6 is allowed to travel freely in ciruculation along each guide groove formed in recessed form on both the sides in the width direction of a cutter frame 2, by a sprocket 3 which is axially supported at both the edge parts in the longitudinal direction of the cutter frame 2. The gas foams B having a proper viscosity are sent from outside into a gap 10 formed between the cuter chain 6 and the guide groove 5. When the gap 10 is charged with the gas foams B having a proper viscosity, soil particles do not flow into the gap 10, and even if soil particles intrude, they are discharged, and also each friction between the cutter chain 6, guides 5a, 5b, and 5c is reduced by the lubricity applying effect of the gas fomas B, and the smooth long time operation of the chain cutter 1 is secured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of excavating operation by a method in which speed sensors are provided for a tractor and a scraper wheel, a slip amount is calculated from the turning speeds of both the tractor and the scraper wheel, and the height of a ball is automatically adjusted to control the amount of excavation without slip. CONSTITUTION:When a tractor is traveled to drag a scraper, measurement is made for every given periods by sensors 8-12 and measured signals (V)EL, (V)ER, (V)SL, and (V)SR and BH from the sensors 8-12 are put in a controller 13. The measured signals BH are compared with an allowable range to confirm that the height of a ball is within allowable range. If it is out of the allowable range, the height of the ball is moved to a preset one, and the difference between the turning speed of the tractor and the turning speed of the wheel of scraper is calculated in the controller 13. When the difference E is in positive value, a judgement that the traveling system of the tractor is slipped is made and a command is given to correct the position of the ball to given height for a ball drive mechanism 14. The height of the ball is adjusted by the drive mechanism 14, and the load from the ground's surface to the ball can be reduced to eliminate slipping.

The chain cutter 1 is moved along the lower part of the periphery of the shaft bottom to excavate the holding groove 2 for the peripheral wall of the shaft the upper part of which is close or adjacent to the inside of the lower end of the peripheral wall holding unit 3, and the hardenability material is filled and hardened in the groove to form the peripheral wall holding unit 3.
