    • PURPOSE:To obtain a controlling method with no interference between control parameters by converting analog signals from multiple sensers into binary digitals, adding gains to them and producing control signals. CONSTITUTION:Analog output signals from the indoor temperature senser 60, the outdoor temperature senser 61, the opening senser 62 for the temperature regulating damper and the temperature setting device 63 in the manipulating panel 2, which are all located on the upper stream of a ventilation duct, are amplified by a preamplifier 110, input into an analogmultiplexer 120, and the outputs of the preamplifying circuit 110 are input one by one to a voltage comparator 131 of the A-D conversion circuit 130 through analog switches 121-124 which are turned on separately in accordance with the orders decided by commands of the microcomputer 100. The outputs from parallel output terminals O0-O7 of the computer 100 are input to a ladder-type voltage generator 132, those outputs are input to the computer 100 and analog signals are recognized as digitals through outputs from the terminals 0-7 and those input signal levels.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain the temperature in a car-room stably without any influence of the sunshine by estimating the amount of the solar radiation which a car receives on the basis of the thermal difference between sunshine-receiving parts and unreceiving parts for compensating the adjusting amount of temperature. CONSTITUTION:An air-mix damper (A/M damper) 7 changes the temperature of the air to be blown off by changing the rate of the cooled air from a cooling heat- exchanger 5 to pass through a heating heat-exchanger 6. An air-pressure operator 19 of an electromagnetic valve control type is linked with the A/M damper 7, and determines the position of the A/M damper 7 on the basis of the command signal from an electric control device 20, which is constructed to estimate the adjusting amount of temperature on the basis of signals received from thermal detectors 21- 23 arranged at various parts of a car, a temperature setter 24, a position detector 25, and a switch 26 for maintaining the temperature in a car-room at a level commanded by the temperature setter 24.
