    • PURPOSE:To produce disturbed flow in thermal medium within a tube to improve its heat transfer rate and heat exchanging efficiency by a method wherein some corrugated inner fins having a plurality of passage holes through which the thermal medium flow at their mountain part and valley part are arranged inside the tube through which the thermal medium flows. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanging part is comprised of a plurality of tubes 10 through which refrigerant flows and inner fins 11 arranged within each of the tubes 10 and the like. The tube 10 is made such that a pair of metallic plates 13 and 14 are connected while being oppositely faced to each other and then a refrigerant passage 20 is defined between these plates. Meanwhile, the inner fins 11 are made such that metal is formed into a corrugated shape in such a way as the mountain part 25 and the valley part 26 are alternatively repeated and then the inner fins are installed within the tube 10 in such a way as its corrugating direction is in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the tube 10. The mountain part 25 and the valley part 26 are crossed to each other at a right angle with the refrigerant passage 20, connected to the inner wall surface of the tube 10 so as to define a plurality of refrigerant chambers 27, 28 within the refrigerant passage 20. In addition, a plurality of communicating holes 29, 30 for communicating each of the refrigerant chambers 27, 28 are formed between the mountain part 25 and the valley part 26.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate positioning between tubes and headers and restrain the faulty connection between them by a method wherein both ends of the tube are provided with projections, precluding the passing of the holes of the headers and projected outwardly. CONSTITUTION:A sheet member 6 is applied on another sheet member 6 so that the connecting part 8 of the sheet member 6 is abutted against the connecting part 8 of the other sheet member 6. Then, the positions of both ends of an inner fin 5 are regulated by parts 10 projected inwardly whereby the movement of tubes 2 before brazing is precluded. Subsequently, the tubes 2 are incorporated into guides 12. Corrugate fins 4 are arranged between said plurality of tubes 2 and both ends of the tubes 2 are inserted into the tube inserting holes 16 of the guides 12. In this case, projections 9, provided on the tubes 2, are abutted against the guides 12 around the tube inserting holes 16. Accordingly, the ends of the tubes 2 are prevented from invading into the tube inserting holes 16 more than necessary. As a result, a positional relation between the tubes 2 and the guides 12 (constituting components of a header 3) may be determined easily.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the operating ratio of a compressor and allow the temperature control with a simple structure by performing the temperature control keeping the car room temperature at a preset target temperature and the operating ratio control of a cooler using a digital control method. CONSTITUTION:In the control device of an air conditioner provided with a heat exchanging means TR consisting of a blower motor 3, a heater 6, and a cooler 4 in sequence from the upstream side in a ventilation duct 1, a control signal generating means PI is provided generating the temperature control conditions required to keep the car room temperature at a target value. The output signal of the said means PI is A/D-converted 16 then stored in a memory means RAM. A judging means JD1 judging the presence of the surplus cooling capability by the heat exchanging means TR based on the data from the RAM and a judging means JD2 judging the necessity for the air cooling by the heat exchanging means TR are provided. A cooling mechanism 5 is on/off-controlled based on the above judgment results, and the opening of a temperature regulating damper 7 is controlled.
