    • PURPOSE:To improve the sealability of the fluid while the increase of the power loss and the abrasion by the friction between scroll members is suppressed. CONSTITUTION:A groove 7e is provided in the center side tip of at least either of spiral blades 7a (the illustrated reference symbol is for a movable scroll member 7) of a fixed scroll member 3 and the movable scroll member 7 in a scroll type fluid machine such as a scroll compressor, and a vane 22 is inserted, and the energizing is made to the left as shown in the figure by a coil spring 18. The vane 22 of the illustrated example is engaged with the spring 18 through a second vane 23 having a tapered surface not shown in the figure. The tip 22a of the vane 22 is pressed against the surface of the opposite spiral blade not shown in the figure, and the second vane 23 is pressed against the side plate not shown in the figure to achieve the sealing. The sealability of the working space in the vicinity of the center part where the pressure of the fluid becomes high is chiefly improved, and the leakage of the fluid is reduced on the whole.

    • PURPOSE:To restrict the increase of power loss and abrasion due to the friction between scroll members, and while to improve the liquid sealing property. CONSTITUTION:A part of a spiral vane 7a, which is arranged close 'to the center, of any one of a fixed scroll member and a movable scroll member of a scroll type fluid machinery such as a scroll compressor is formed with a separate inner peripheral vane 22 so as to be displaced separately from a part arranged close to the outer peripheral part. Tubular elastic bodies are fitted out of pins 20 planted in an end plate 7b, and these pins 20 are inserted to holes 22a of the inner peripheral vane 22. Shape of the inner peripheral vane 22 is formed a little larger. Since the inner peripheral vane 22 is energized by the elastic bodies and pushed to an objective spiral vane, sealing property of a contact part near the center, in which pressure of the fluid inside of a crescent-shaped operation space is raised, is mainly improved, and as the whole, effective seal is obtained. As an energizing means for energizing the inner peripheral vane 22, material except for elastic body can be used.

    • PURPOSE:To improve sealability even in the case that pressing force of a chip seal is small in a scroll fluid machinery when sealings performed by utilizing peel-of a soft layer. CONSTITUTION:In a scroll compressor, hard layers 24, 27 are formed on the surface of spiral blades of scroll members 3, 7. A peel-off layer 25 such as grease oil film is coated on the hard layer 24 of a side plate 3c of the fixed scroll member in contact with a chip seal 21 on a leading end surface of a spiral blade 7a of the movable scroll member. A soft layer 26 such as a boron layer is superposed on the peel-off layer 25, similarly to the surface of the hard layer 24 on which the peel-off layer is not formed. In an initial operation condition, the soft layer is abraded, and a gap between the blades 3a and 7a are sealed by the remained soft layer 26. Elastic force of elastic bodies 22, 23 is set small, while the soft layer 26 is easily peeled off because of the peel-off layer 25, and the chip seal 21 is brought into contact with the hard layer 24 of the side plate.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of biased abrasion on vanes and reduce power loss by keeping the sealing force in the radial direction between the spiral vanes of a scroll member nearly constant. CONSTITUTION:A ring 12 smaller in diameter than the circular eccentric inner periphery 10b of an eccentric ring 10 integral with a drive shaft 5 and rotatable against a driven shaft 7C integral with a moving scroll member 7 is inscribed and friction-coupled with the inner periphery 10b. A balance weight 13 is fitted to part of the outer periphery of the ring 12. When the moving scroll member 7 is rotated together with the drive shaft 5 by a pin 11, part of the centrifugal force by the revolution of the moving scroll member 7 is offset, and the remaining centrifugal force is utilized as the sealing force in the radial direction between vanes. Even when the profile of the vanes of a scroll member has an error and the drive shaft 5 does not coincide with the axis of a fixed scroll member 3, the remaining centrifugal force is increased or decreased by the component force of the driving force applied to the contact between the eccentric ring 10 and the ring 12 to keep the sealing force constant.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent noise and driving torque from increasing by decreasing the communicated sectional area of a communicating path between a discharge chamber and a vane chamber into nothing when all the vanes have been received in the vane chamber, to prevent discharged fluid from flowing backward into a suction port through the discharge chamber. CONSTITUTION:A plane on the side of a discharge chamber 10a for a vane 4 is provided with two communicating grooves 20 extending from one end plane 41 to the other end plane 42, and a communicating path 22 formed by the communicating grooves 20 and the inner wall plane of a vane chamber 11 causes the discharge chamber 10a to communicate with the vane chamber 11. Thus, until a rotor 3 reaches its lowest position from its highest one in a drawing, the communicated area of the communicating path 22 increases with its revolution, and on the other hand until it reaches its highest position from its lowest one, the above mentioned area decreases with its revolution, and becomes practically zero when the rotor 3 arrives at the highest position. Consequently, it becomes possible to prevent discharge fluid from flowing backward from a discharge port to a suction port 9 through the discharge chamber 10a, thus an increase in noise and driving torque can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of pump by forming a check valve installed at a discharge port, in the form of an umbrella-shaped check valve made of rubber elastic material which has a supporting projection at the umbrella-shaped top part and increasing the opening area of the discharge port, thus reducing the discharge resistance. CONSTITUTION:Since a supporting projection 21 is formed at the umbrella- shaped top part of a check valve 20 and retained into the supporting hole 22 of a cap 19, a supporting hole for supporting the valve 20 is not necessary. Therefore, the opening area of a discharge port 16 can be increased, and the discharge resistance can be reduced. The position of the opening port along the direction of revolution of a vane 13 in the discharge hole 16 can be selected and the opening and closing timing by the vane 13 can be selected with high accuracy. Since supporting the valve 20 by a plate part 18 is not necessary, the thickness of the plate part 18 can be reduced, and the passage length of the discharge port 16 can be reduced, and the dead volume can be reduced. Therefore, the capacity of the pump can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To permit feeding of lubricating oil only even if the viscosity of said lubricating oil is very low because of the coexistence of coolant by installing a regenerative pump equipped with, on one edge of a shaft an impeller which is driven by the shaft, and feeding lubricating oil into a slide part by said regenerative pump. CONSTITUTION:The vanes 511 of an impeller 51 are revolved through revolution of a shaft 4, and the fluid in the operation space 54 around said vanes 511 revolves in the same direction as the vanes 511 because of its viscosity. Said flow of fluid forms a suction force for sucking up lubricating oil 6 from a lead pipe 53, and said lubricating oil 6 is sucked into the operation space 54, and pushed by the vanes 511, and turns round in said operation space 54. The lubricating oil which turns round in the operation space 54 is sent into a center hole 42 on a shaft 6, and passes through holes 45, 46, and 47, and then only lubricating oil can be supplied into the spiral grooves 43 and 44 in the outer peripheral part of the shaft 4 and onto the inner surface of a roller 34, even if the viscosity of the lubricating oil is very low because of the coexistence of coolant.
