    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container valve capable of being smoothly opened/closed for a long period. SOLUTION: Within a housing (3) of a container valve (2), a fluid entrance (5) is communicated to a fluid exit (7) via a valve seat (9) and a valve chest (10). A closing member (15) is inserted into the valve chest (10). A spindle (17) is inserted into a guide hole (14) communicated with the valve chest (10), the closing member (15) is connected with a handle (18) via the spindle (17) and the closing member (15) is constituted on the valve seat (9) so that an opening/ closing operation may be performed by the handle (18). Between the closing member (15) and a peripheral wall of the valve chest (10), an annular scraper (21) is mounted. An inner peripheral surface of a lip (21a) of the annular scraper (21) is made to abut on an outer peripheral surface of the closing member (15). Between the closing member (15) and the guide hole (14), a sealing tool (23) is mounted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device to allow any ordinary user to handle easily, capable of restricting the gas filling person(s) to a gas cylinder, and requiring no operation to open a shutoff valve at the time of gas filling. SOLUTION: In a housing 3, the internal space A of a gas cylinder 1 is put in communication with a gas takeout hole 5 via a gas lead-in passage 11, shutoff valve 12 and gas leadout passage 13, and also put in communication with a gas filling hole 6 via a gas filling passage 14. The gas leadout passage 13 is equipped with a decompression valve 15 and a first check valve 16 for holding the residual pressure in the sequence as named from the upstream, and it is arranged so that a gas takeout metal piece 57 can be connected with the gas takeout hole 5. The gas filling hole 6 is equipped with a second check valve 17 to hinder the gas flowing from the space A to the gas filling hole 6, and it is arranged so that a proprietary gas filling metal piece 57 having different connecting structure from the gas takeout metal piece 57 can be connected with the gas filling hole 6.
