    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float type steam trap which can furthermore improve the valve closing ability, in the float type steam traps which can make an apparatus compact, and can improve the water discharging ability, and can improve the valve closing ability, and can prevent occurrence of the water hammering.
      SOLUTION: A body 1 has a float chamber 1c, an inlet port 1d, and an outlet port 1e. A holder 3 has a passage 3a communicating with the outlet port 1e therein, and is fixed to the body 1 inside the float chamber 1c. A valve seat 5 is provided so as to communicate with the outlet port 1e. A float 4 has a floating ball 4a, and a lever 4b. The float 4 is provided in the float chamber 1c so as to vertically move. A valve body 6 is provided in the lever 4b. The lever 4b is fixed to the floating ball 4a at one end thereof, and is rotatably connected to the holder 3 at the other end thereof. The valve body 6 slides with respect to the valve seat 5 to open and close the valve seat 5 in cooperation with the vertical movement of the floating ball 4a. The valve seat 5 and the valve body 6 are made of materials having different wear resistance respectively. The cross section of the edge of the sealing surface of the valve seat has the shape making a right angle or an acute angle.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent off-balance change, and to smoothly change a flow rate characteristic at valve opening time by arranging a piston to control an valve stem and the valve stem through a spring, and arranging an inclined plate in a lower part of the valve stem through the spring. SOLUTION: A valve stem 1 and a piston 2 are sealed through an upper spring 3 and a spring presser 4, and the piston 2 and a cylinder 5 are sealed by an O-ring 6. The piston 2 has an idle travel distance α, and prevents off- balance change by operating the valve stem 1 after previously tearing off the O-ring 6 of an inner wall of the cylinder 5. A lower spring 8 is arranged inside by separating a valve seat 7 and the valve stem 1 from each other, and a seat inclined spring base 10 is arranged under the lower spring 8. Since leakage of a controlled valve seat is caused while the valve stem 1 moves by an idle travel distance β, accurate slow exhaust can be performed by changing a characteristic at valve opening time.

SOLUTION: The direction of respective passage holes 35 is inclined in the flowing direction of fluid going to pass in a cage 12 for an adjusting valve, and the fluid is not flowed to the hole wall side opening in the flowing direction in the vicinity of an inside inlet of the respective passage holes 35, and a flow tries to rectilinearly advance so as to partially separate from its hole wall. A jet flowing out of the cage for an adjusting valve collides with an inner wall 11a of a casing 11 of the adjusting valve 10 at an angle inclining from the vertical direction, and a sound transmitted outside the adjusting valve 10 can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent such a phenomenon that a very small amount of fluid is led to flow backward so that a stagnant part may not remain in a channel in a valve, by providing a lower diaphragm to the lower part of an upper diaphragm so that the volumetric change of fluid due to the membrane movement of the upper diaphragm by which the valve is opened and closed is absorbed in the valve. CONSTITUTION: A lower diaphragm 116 is backed up by a spring 118, and deformed by the reactive force of the spring 118 when an upper diaphragm 114 is opened. When the upper diaphragm 114 is closed, the driving force of a valve is stronger than the spring 118, the upper diaphragm 114 is pushed down by a connecting rod 119, and a part where the upper diaphragm 114 is deformed can be absorbed by the lower diaphragm 116. Therefore, for example, when a very small flow amount is controlled by a gas supply system or when liquid flow amount is controlled, reverse flow from the valve to a flow meter can be prevented so that the control can be carried out with excellent accuracy.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce a switching operation pressure width through stable operation by a method wherein the drive position of a second valve is regulated and during switching of opening and closing of the first and second valves, the two valves are both brought into a temporary opening state. CONSTITUTION:A first valve 14 is arranged in a body 23 in such a manner to open and close a route between a first flow passage 31 and a valve drive chamber 28 and a second valve 15 is arranged in the body 23 in such a manner to open and close a route between a second flow passage 32 and the valve drive chamber 28. In this case, a top stem 61 is capable of driving the valve body stem 42a of a first valve body 42 and the first valve 14 is opened and closed in linkage with displacement of a diaphragm 12. An interlocking rod 62 has two ends fixed by coupling materials 63 and 64 and the second valve 15 is opened and closed by interlocking the second valve 15 through movement of the first valve 14. A regulating screw 65 is joined in a screwed-in state with the coupling material 64 and by moving forward or backward a drive part 65a by rotating the regulating screw 65, the drive position of the second valve 15 is regulatable. This constitution regulates an opening closing timing so that the first and second valves 14 and 15 are both brought into a temporary opening state and performs smooth switching.
