摘要： Provided is an organic EL device having a lower power consumption and high performance and enabling to display separate pictures on bidirectional screens as well as to display the same picture on the bidirectional screens, and a driving apparatus thereof. The organic EL device includes: a first organic EL panel for a unidirectional display; and a second organic EL panel for a unidirectional display, each of the first and second organic EL panels having a substrate, a first electrode, an emitting layer and a second electrode, wherein the first organic EL panel and the second organic EL panel are coupled so as to display pictures in bidirections. According to the present invention, a sufficient brightness can be obtained even under a low power. Also, since an opaque cathode is used, performance and transmittance are enhanced compared with the related art organic EL device using a transparent cathode.

The organic electroluminescent module comprises a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines perpendicular to the plurality of scan lines, a plurality of light emitting diodes formed at cross regions of the plurality of scan lines and the plurality of data lines, a scan driver having inverse voltage applying transistors and ground voltage applying transistors respectively connected to the plurality of scan lines, a data driver having static current sources and ground voltage applying transistors respectively connected to the plurality of data lines, and a driver controller for controlling the scan driver and the data driver. Impurities in the organic EL module can easily be eliminated by an inverse voltage. As a result, a lifetime of the organic EL module can be prolonged and quality of display can be improved.

The water tank is opened and closed by the magnetic force of magnets and the restoring force of elastic members, and thus it is possible to prevent water stored in the water tank from leaking out in a process of attaching or detaching the water tank to or from the rear surface of a door or a refrigerator.

摘要： Disclosed is a lithium secondary battery comprising a cathode (C), an anode (A), a separator and an electrolyte, wherein the battery has a weight ratio (A/C) of anode active material (A) to cathode active material (C) per unit area of each electrode of between 0.44 and 0.70, and shows a charge cut-off voltage of between 4.35V and 4.6V. The high-voltage lithium secondary battery satisfies capacity balance by controlling the weight ratio (A/C) of anode active material (A) to cathode active material (C) per unit area of each electrode. Therefore, it is possible to significantly increase the available capacity and average discharge voltage of a battery using a lithium/cobalt-based cathode active material, which shows an available capacity of about 50% in a conventional 4.2V-battery. Additionally, it is possible to significantly improve battery safety under overcharge conditions, and thus to provide a high-voltage and high-capacity lithium secondary battery having excellent safety and long service life.
