    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene polymer graft-modified with a glycidyl group excellent in compatibility and flowability; a polyolefin polymer composition containing the same and excellent in adhesion and compatibility with various adherends; and a laminate using the same.
      SOLUTION: A modified propylene polymer (P) has a grafted unsaturated glycidyl compound (g). The modified propylene polymer (P) satisfies the following requirements (a), (b), and (c): (a) the intrinsic viscosity [η] is 0.20-1.0 dL/g as measured in a tetralin solvent at 135°C; (b) the grafted amount of the unsaturated glycidyl compound (G1) is 1-15 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the modified propylene polymer (P); and (c) a content of a non-grafted unsaturated glycidyl compound polymer (G2) is less than 5 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the modified propylene polymer (P).

      SOLUTION: The modified polyolefin composition (C) having specific physical properties contains 15-60 wt% based on the total composition of a polymer (A) having a saturated cyclic hydrocarbon residue, wherein at least a part of the remainder of the composition is a modified ethylene polymer (B) grafted with an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or a derivative thereof. The adhesive layer and the layered product are obtained from the modified polyolefin composition (C).
