      SOLUTION: The aseptic filling apparatus for carbonated beverage includes a plurality of filling valves 11, a rotary joint for liquid, a filling liquid tank 54, a liquid level sensor 63, a liquid flow rate adjusting valve 58, a container gripper, an exhaust passage 37c, an exhaust passage on-off valve 34c, a counter gas passage 37a, a counter gas passage on-off valve 34a, a rotary joint for carbon dioxide, a gaseous carbon dioxide passage, and a flow meter 26. The circularly turning container 8 is abutted on the filling valve 11, and sealed by a container mouth seal, and the beverage is filled while being under the pressure of gaseous carbon dioxide. A sterilizing filter 56 for sterilizing gaseous carbon dioxide is installed in a carbon dioxide passage 72 for connecting the rotary joint to the filling liquid tank 54.
