摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method for a container capable of reducing the concentration of hydrogen peroxide remaining in the container and which is enhanced in sterilization capacity against peracetic acid resistant bacteria.
SOLUTION: The sterilization method includes a sterilization process to sterilize the inner face of the container at least by feeding a peracetic acid type germicide containing hydrogen peroxide, a hydrogen peroxide concentration reducing process to reduce the concentration of hydrogen peroxide remaining at least in the container in the sterilization process and a rinsing process to wash away the peracetic acid type germicide at least in the container by feeding sterile water.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method capable of surely killing bacteria or mold which is a sterilization object and of reducing running cost.SOLUTION: A sterilization method includes a sterilization step for performing a germicidal treatment of at least the inner surface of a container by supplying a peracetic acid-based bactericidal agent containing hydrogen peroxide, and a rinsing step for washing away at least the peracetic acid-based bactericidal agent in the container by supplying aseptic water, and the sterilization step and the rinsing step are performed according to following procedures. Namely, in the sterilization step, a concentration of hydrogen peroxide (HO) in the peracetic acid-based bactericidal agent is maintained at 300 ppm or lower, preferably 200 ppm or lower, and the temperature of the peracetic acid-based bactericidal agent is kept at 50°C or lower. Further, in the rinsing step, aseptic water at 65°C or higher is used.

SOLUTION: An ultraviolet lamp 4a in a casing 1 of an ethylene removing apparatus is placed at a position shifted toward a blowing port 7 and free from the shielding effect of a light-shielding plate 9a on the scattered light. Ethylene can be removed from an environmental gas in high efficiency because there is no shaded part free from scattered light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 4a in contrast with a conventional apparatus. The use of an ultraviolet lamp having a bent form induces the flow of the environmental gas along the outer circumference of the lamp to further improve the efficiency of the removal of ethylene gas from the environmental gas.
