A first aligning mechanism has an aligning function at a portion of a bung of the vessel, a second aligning mechanism has an aligning function at a lower portion of the vessel, and a third aligning mechanism has an aligning function at a bottom portion of the vessel. Naturally, the aligning function has a tumble prevention function also. The tumble prevention by a centrifugal force in rotating, and the tumble prevention function in the rise and fall process are effective.
