    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groove processing device capable of correcting a groove in a required shape while suppressing tool breakage.SOLUTION: An elevator device includes a car suspended by a rope, a grooved pulley which has a reference surface serving as a datum reference in a radial direction and around which the rope is wound, a lathe tool, a first movable part for moving the lathe tool in the radial direction of the grooved pulley, a second movable part moving the lathe tool in a direction of the axis of rotation of the grooved pulley, a position measuring device for measuring a position of the reference surface of the grooved pulley, and a control device for storing a set value of reference feed serving as a reference of a feed amount of the lathe tool and a position measurement value measured by the position measuring device and controlling positions of the first movable part and the second movable part based on the set value of reference feed and the position measurement value. The control device calculates a feed amount of the lathe tool in a radial direction based on a difference between a position measurement value of the reference surface measured at the start of lathe turning of the grooved pulley and a position measurement value of the reference surface measured during lathe turning of the grooved pulley and based on the set value of reference feed. Based on the calculated feed amount, the first movable part is moved in the radial direction of the grooved pulley.
