    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new flexible propylene-based resin composition provided with superior flexibility, transparency and heat resistance at the same time, and little in stickiness. SOLUTION: The flexible propylene-based resin composition has a stereoblock structure and practically comprises flexible propylene-based resin particles of an apparent density of 0.3 g/cm 3 or higher measured by conforming to JIS K 7365, and also satisfies the following requirements (a)-(d): the requirement (a): a tensile elastic modulus of 10-300 MPa measured by conforming to JIS K 7113; the requirement (b): an inside parallel light transmission of 70-100% measured by conforming to JIS K 7105; the requirement (c): a peak top temperature of peak of 100-165°C measured by DSC; and the requirement (d): practically comprising the flexible propylene-based resin particles of which the bulk density is 0.3 g/cm 3 or higher measured by conforming to JIS K 7365.
