摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based coated molded product by coating a crystalline polypropylene molded product containing an electroconductive carbon with a coating component containing a polar group-containing propylene-based polymer. SOLUTION: The polypropylene-based coated molded product is obtained by applying (A) the coating component comprising a polar group-containing propylene-based polymer composed of a main chain composed of the propylene-based polymer having characteristics: (1) a polymer produced by a single site catalyst and (2) ≤1 wt.% insoluble matter when dissolved in a concentration of 10 wt.% in heptane at 98°C and a side chain containing a carboxylic group, a carboxylic acid anhydride group or a carboxylic acid ester group to (B) the base material which is a molded product of a resin composition composed of a crystalline polypropylene and an electroconductive carbon and having ≥30% surface glossiness. The polypropylene-based coated molded product is excellent in adhesion of coated film and balance of physical properties such as rigidity and impact resistance and has high glossiness and conductivity. SOLUTION: The polypropylene-based coated molded product is obtained by applying (A) the coating component which is a polypropylene-based water-based dispersion having ≤0.5 μm average particle diameter of dispersed particles and comprising (a) 100 pts. wt. modified propylene-based polymer in which the main chain has characteristics: (1) a stereoblock structure containing both of the isotactic block and the noncrystalline block and (2)(100:0) to (90:10) content ratio of a propylene unit to other olefin unit, (b) 1-100 pts. wt. at least two kinds of nonionic surfactants and (c) 100-1,000 pts. wt. water to (B) a base material which is the molded product of the crystalline polypropylene. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene-based composite composition of an aqueous emulsion that has good dispersion stability and is excellent in smoothness of a coating film and adhesion to a substrate and that is capable for forming a coating film good in water resistance/gasohol resistance on a polyolefin base material. SOLUTION: The composite composition of the aqueous emulsion comprises an aqueous dispersion comprising components (a)-(d) and if required, a component (e) as follows: the component (a) is 100 pts.wt. propylene-based polymer and/or modified propylene-based polymer each having an average particle diameter as dispersed particles of 0.5 μm or less and having a stereoblock structure; the component (b) is 1-5,000 pts.wt. polymers other than the propylene-based polymer and the modified propylene-based polymer; the component (c) is 1-100 pts.wt. total of two or more kinds of nonionic surfactants; the component (d) is 100-1,000 pts.wt. water; and the component (e) is 0.01-100 pts.wt. basic substance. SOLUTION: This polypropylene-based aqueous dispersion contains (a) a polypropylene-based polymer and/or a modified polypropylene-based polymer in an amount of 100 pts.wt., (b) a surfactant in an amount of 1-100 pts.wt., and (c) water in an amount of 100-1000 pts.wt., wherein main chains of the the component (a) has the following characteristics (1): S 1 /S is in a range of 10-60 % and (4+2S 1 /S 2 ) > 5 (S is a total area of a peak appearing in a range of 18.9-22.1 ppm, when a peak brought about by a carbon atom of a methyl in a chain part of a head-tail bonding propylene unit is measured by 13 C-NMR and a chemical shift of the peak top of a peak attributed to a pentad expressed by mmmm is defined as 21.8 ppm; S 1 is an area of a peak of which the peak top appears at 21.8 ppm; and S 2 is an area of a peak (mmmr) of which the peak top appears at 21.5-21.6 ppm) and (2): a molar ratio of the component (a) to the component (b) is in the range of 100:0 to 90:10, and dispersed particles of the dispersion have an average particle diameter of ≤0.5 μm.
