    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear luggage compartment structure of a vehicle, which makes a luggage compartment user-friendly and enables the space of the luggage compartment to be used effectively.SOLUTION: A floor panel 11 has a sloping top surface whose rear part is lower than its front part. The arrangement of a floor board 13 is selectable from multiple positions including an upper position and a lower position by moving the rear part in the vertical direction using the front part as a fulcrum. With the floor board 13 arranged at the upper position, the rear end part of the floor board 13 is positioned at roughly the same height with the lower edge of the opening 17 of the luggage compartment. With the floor board 13 arranged at the lower position, the floor board 13 is arranged along the slope of the top surface of the floor panel 11, so that the rear end part of the floor board 13 is positioned lower than the lower edge of the opening 17 of the luggage compartment.
