摘要： A system for an engine with a turbocharger system includes a rate determination module, a limiting rate selection module, a throttle inlet absolute pressure (TIAP) calculation module, and a throttle control module. The rate determination module generates a pressure rate value based on a pressure difference between a current TIAP signal from a TIAP sensor and a previous TIAP signal. The limiting rate selection module selects a limiting rate based on the pressure rate value. The TIAP calculation module generates a calculated TIAP signal based on the limiting rate and the current TIAP signal. The throttle control module generates a throttle control signal based on the calculated TIAP signal and actuates an inlet throttle valve of the engine based on the throttle control signal.

The error detection module detects whether an accelerator of the vehicle is stuck is based on vehicle speed, a position of the accelerator, and one of a pressure applied to a brake of the vehicle and a status of a parking brake of the vehicle. The remedial control module, when the accelerator is stuck, at least one of resets the position of the accelerator and decreases torque output of a powertrain system.

摘要： A hybrid powertrain and a method of controlling a throttle in an engine of the hybrid powertrain are provided. A throttle system has a throttle at an optimal position for the engine to power a first motor/generator when an electric throttle motor is de-energized to minimize current consumption by the throttle motor. The electric throttle motor is energizable to adjust the position of the throttle. A biasing member biases the throttle to a default position when the electric throttle motor is not energized. The hybrid powertrain has a first motor/generator operatively connected to the engine, and a second motor/generator operatively connected to the generator and operable for providing output power. The engine is operable in a predetermined optimal state to provide power to the generator for powering the first motor/generator. The throttle is at a predetermined position when the engine is in the predetermined optimal state.

摘要： An error condition detection circuit coupled to the motor control circuit reports an error condition when actual motor operation deviates from predetermined desired motor operation. An overcurrent threshold comparator compares motor current with a threshold data value stored in a data storage register, and sets an overcurrent flag when the motor current exceeds the threshold. A current interrogation processor monitors the reported error condition and is programmed to respond to the error condition by iteratively reading the overcurrent flag and decrementing the overcurrent threshold data value by a predetermined decrement amount until the overcurrent flag becomes set. The current interrogation processor is further programmed to report the overcurrent threshold data value extant at the time the flag becomes set as an estimate of electric current.

A total operating period for the RKE circuit (100) includes a transient period, a data monitoring period, and a sleep period. The RKE circuit (100) includes a pulse blocking circuit (109) that prevents a receiver stabilization pulse from waking up the microcontroller (104). If no data is received during the data monitoring period, the microcontroller (104) remains in a sleep mode for the remainder of the operating period.

摘要： An improved system for detecting the presence of an object in the path of a liftgate relies upon the sensor/transmitters that are used for collision avoidance systems to detect the presence of an object rearwardly of a vehicle moving in a reverse direction. Known sensors are provided to look for the presence of an object when the vehicle is being moved in a reverse direction. The sensors are now also actuated when the liftgate is being moved to its closed position. Should an object be detected, further movement of the liftgate is stopped. The present invention thus detects the presence of an object in the path of a liftgate prior to any contact. Further, the invention combines two prior control modules into a single control module.
