CONSTITUTION:In a vehicle body 1 for conveying cargoes, supporting columns 4 are stood in four corners of a main body 3 having wheels 2, while in the lower end parts of the supporting columns 4, auxiliary supporting columns 5 are arranged slidably in the vertical direction. The supporting columns 4 and the auxiliary columns 5 are fixed by means of fixing means in the predetermined positions. In the upper ends of the supporting columns 4, the lower ends of the auxiliary supporting columns 5 in other wheels 2 are received so as to be supported. The supporting columns 4 are formed into cylinders, to which the auxiliary supporting columns 5 are expansively fitted, and both of them 4, 5 are connected and fixed by means of pins 15. In the upper end part of the supporting column 4, a fitting hole 16 for a cargo handling device is arranged. In this way, empty vehicle bodies 1 are stored in multiple levels, so that multiple vehicle bodies 1 can be stored in a narrow place.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a hydraulic load balancer which can handle a heavy article having a weight of several tons, in no-loaded state. CONSTITUTION:A balance cylinder 22 for connecting a supporting frame and a load side is constituted of a hydraulic cylinder device, and a load detecting sensor such as load cell 40 is installed in a load transmission passage ranging from a loading board to the hydraulic cylinder device. A constant pressure feeding passage 3 is connected with the rod side hydraulic chamber 30A of the hydraulic cylinder device, and a variable hydraulic passage 34 in which a servo valve 32 is interposed is connected with a head side hydraulic chamber 30B. A control means which generates a hydraulic pressure for balancing the head side hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic cylinder device to the initial load on the basis of the detection signal supplied from the load detecting sensor and judges the existence of the vertical operating force by detecting the shift of the sensor or the pressure in the hydraulic chamber and drive-controls thre servo valve is installed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize crushing reaction by holding the pushing-in thrust of a breaker to a substance to be crushed at set pressure, interrupting an oil passage by the differential pressure of the primary-side pressure and secondary-side pressure of a push-in cylinder and obstructing the sudden change of the push-in movement of the breaker. SOLUTION: A breaker 40 is supplied with a hydraulic fluid and crushing thrust is given by a push-in cylinder 24, and pushing-in thrust supplies the head- side oil pressure chamber 44 of the cylinder 24 with oil pressure. Supply pressure to the cylinder 24 is adjusted at set pressure through a balancing valve 50 in the supply of oil pressure at that time, and works so as to give constant pushing-in thrust to the breaker 40. Consequently, the pushing-in reaction of the breaker 40 is received by crusher itself, and reaction is held constant and the stability of operation is ensured even when the crusher is loaded on a small- sized construction equipment. When a differential-pressure driving valve 60 is disposed on the outlet side of a rod-side oil pressure chamber 56, a discharge oil passage 58 is interrupted at front-rear differential pressure and an object is punched by a chisel 42, the crusher is shut down automatically at the time of emergency. Accordingly, the safety of crushing operation can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly put glasses in and out of a cassette and to treat sheets between the cassette and an inspection processing part by delivering substrate glasses by the sheet unit to the inspection processing part by a roller and storing the substrate glasses delivered by the sheet unit after inspection processing in the cassette in multistages. SOLUTION: An exclusive cassette 12 is transferred, a cassette moving roller means 36 is lowered from a table surface, and carrier surface height of an outside carrier conveyor and a roller carrier means 20 arranged in the inside of an elevating table is matched with each other. Thereafter, the roller carrier means 20 is driven from a substrate glass 10 on the lowest stage in the carrier direction, the substrate glass 10 is transferred from the exclusive cassette 10 to the outside carrier conveyor, and a sheet of it is carried to an inspection processing part. As regards taking out of the second substrate glass 10, cassette height is lowered by one stage by driving an elevating device of the elevating table, the substrate glass 10 at the second stage from the bottom is carried outside, and the substrate glass 10 delivered by the sheet unit after finishing inspection processing is stored in multistages in the cassette.
