摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a device which is capable of stably holding heavy article, especially a long size heavy article, freely changing its holding position, and which has an increased mobility and is well suited for use especially when an underground space is constructed. CONSTITUTION:A lift arm 12 is mounted on a traveling truck 10 so that it is hydraulically driven to be able to rise, fall, and oscillate, and a cargo receiving part 16 is formed on the tip part of the lift arm 12. The lift arm 12 is made up of a parallel link mechanism for holding the pallet horizontally, and a hydraulic balance-cylinder, one end of which is connected to the traveling truck 10 and which together with the lift arm 12 constitutes the parallel link mechanism, is equipped on the underside of the lift arm. The operating shaft part of the balance-cylinder is allowed to abut on a load supporting stopper formed on the lift arm 12 to support a load so that it can be balanced. A tilt frame, the upper part of which can be rotated by a hydraulic cylinder means, is mounted on the pallet part 16, and further a holding means for holding steel material, etc., placed on the floor is mounted on the pallet part through a turning drive part.

CONSTITUTION:In this holding device 100, a pair of forks 104, 106 facing each other at the top and bottom of the device, are arranged on a fixed frame 102 mounted on a turning drive part, and racks 104R, 106R are formed on the facing parts of post parts 104P, 106P which face each other on each side of the respective forks 104, 106. Further, pinions 112 simultaneously engaging with the racks 104R, 106R are mounted to the fixed frame 102. Thus, lowering/raising of one fork 104 or 106 by the operation of a pair of holding cylinders 114 provided on the back face side of the fixed frame 102 is transmitted to the other through the pinions 112, and steel, etc., are held by approaching/separating actions of both the forks 104, 106.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the period of a sheave unit replacement work by applying the constitution that a rope wound around a hoist is fixed to a car, and a rope wound around a rope delivery device is fixed to a counterweight. SOLUTION: At the time of replacing a sheave unit 2, a car 10 is temporarily stopped and, then, ropes 12 and 14 respectively wound around a hoist 8 and a rope delivery device 13 are delivered by the prescribed length. Also, the sheave unit 2 is hoisted with a hoisting device installed on a workbench, and placed on the beam of an upper floor. Finally, the temporary stoppage state of the car 10 is released. Subsequently, a climbing process over an area covering the second to the third floors is repeated according to the progress of a work. When a building is completed, temporary installations including the sheave unit 2, the rope delivery device 13 and a temporary machine room 7 are dismantled, and a genuine machine room is built at the upper part of an elevator shaft 1. Then, the car 10 and a counterweight 11 are suspended by use of a genuinely installed hoist and substantial ropes.

The turn-down preventing wheels 13 are installed in close the undersurface of the flange 421 on both the surfaces of the web 422 of the rail 42, and prevent floating-up. Then, the turnover preventing device 1 is connected in turnable manner with the fixed member 221 of one wheel 22 on the nonouter wall side of the gondola by a connecting means 14.
