    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module having a sealing glass plate on the back surface thereof, which can prevent occurrence of bubbles in a sealant layer and bring excellent productivity.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a solar cell module comprises: a step of preparing for a laminate body achieved by laminating a glass substrate having a photoelectric conversion element layer and internal wires formed thereon, a joint resin sheet and a sealing glass plate; a step of mounting the laminate body on a hot plate of a vacuum laminator, vacuum-evacuating the vacuum laminator and heating the hot plate to melt the joint resin sheet; and a step of pressing the sealing glass plate by a diaphragm of the vacuum laminator, and adhesively attaching the joint resin to the sealing glass plate under this state to seal the back surface of the solar cell module. The heating temperature of the joint resin sheet is set to a temperature range in which the shear elasticity at 1 Hz of the resin constituting the joint resin sheet is equal to or less than 1.0×10Pa, and the pressure applied to the sealing glass plate is set to 45 KPa or less.
