摘要： PURPOSE:To automate the placement of moldings onto a pallet on the supporting base by pivotally fitting the base of a pallet delivery member capable of rising and falling having sucking members to an erect support frame provided on the side of the supporting base, sucking the moldings and extracting them from metal molds, and laying the pallet delivery member down. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member 18 which is erected free in advance and retreat is provided on the side of a supporting base 37 on which a pallet is placed and a lifting body 21 is provided in a lift supporting part 19 of the supporting member 18. A taking out member 23 of which base is pivotally fitted with a support shaft 22, capable of rising and falling motion is provided in the lifting body 21. A number of sucking members 33 are fitted in the taking out member 23. A movable metal mold 7 and a fixed metal mold 6 are provided above such taking out mechanism 10 to mold moldings A. When the metal mold 7 is moved, the lifting body 21 is lifted, advanced, and the moldings A are sucked by the sucking member 33 of the taking out member 23. The taking out member 23 is then reversed, lifted down and brought down in the (a) direction, and then the moldings A are placed on the supporting base 37. As a result, placing the moldings A onto the pallet 36 can be performed automatically.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit an automatic ejection of moldings from a metal die in an extremely narrow space by a method wherein, when the metal die is opened, the molding is captured by an ejecting member and the molding-retaining ejecting member is lowered and turned upside down to release and place the molding on a transfer member. CONSTITUTION:When a die is opened, a molding is held by suction on an ejecting member 26 and the molding-retaining ejecting member is released by a fixed die 8, lowered and turned upside down to release and place the molding on a pallet 41 placed on a supporting stand 42. After the moldings have been piled up on the pallet 41 according to a predetermined stacking pattern by shifting the stacking positions, the molding-stacked pallet 41 is taken away from the supporting stand 42. Subsequently, a pallet transfer member 52 of a pallet supply mechanism 4 provided by the side of the supporting stand 42 is turned down to place a pallet 41 on the supporting stand 42. A series of the functions including the removal and stacking of the molding are performed in cycles and such a cyclic operation can be automatically repeated.

In the stage, a spray nozzle 22 is placed in the interior of the pneumatic feeding duct 7 to atomize the treating agent emerging from the spray nozzle 22 with the pressurizing gas from the particle feeding blower 9 to coat the preexpanded particles with the treating agent in the flow of the atomized treating agent.

摘要： PURPOSE:To pile up moldings in layers on to a pallet on a supporting base by providing the supporting base rotatively near to a hold-transferring mechanism of the moldings and displacing the piling-up position of the moldings by turning the supporting base by a specified angle. CONSTITUTION:A supporting base 7 is provided near to a hold-transferring mechanism 3 of moldings A and a support shaft 11 is fitted to a bearing 10 of the support part 9 to make the supporting base 7 rotatable. When the moldings A are being piled up in layers on to a pallet 6 on the supporting base 7 by operation of the hold-transferring mechanism 3, the supporting base 7 is turned by a specified angle with an extension of a cylinder rod after piling-up in one layer. The hold-transferring mechanism 3 is then operated again to pile up next moldings A and the cylinder rod is contracted to the former state. With repetitions of this operation, the moldings A are piled up in layers on to the pallet 6 while they are displaced. As a result, each opening part of the moldings A is always opened to facilitate the dryness and an automatic piling up process can be realized.

When both particles are expanded under heating, a synthetic resin foamed body (e) composed of the part (a) formed from the styrene grafted polyethylene copolymer foam and the part (b) formed from the polystyrene foam and having window parts opened to the bottom wall part (c) thereof on the inner and outer surface sides thereof and showing appearance having an almost square frame shape can be formed.
