摘要： A process for producing a moldable non-woven fabric is disclosed, which comprises coating or impregnating a mat made of non-woven fabric with an aqueous emulsion of a thermoplastic resin having a moldable temperature range of from 80 to 180 DEG C in such an amount that the resin solids content of the emulsion is 15 to 300 wt% based on the weight of the mat, removing the moisture from the mat by heating, and pressing the mat to adjust the apparent density of the mat to 0.15 to 0.5 g/cm . This fabric is useful as, for example, an interior material for automobiles.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method of a carpet which is excellent in elasticity, flexibility, shrinkage resistance and dimensional stability. CONSTITUTION:A coating agent application surface of a carpet base material formed by applying a resin acqueous emulsion coating agent to a backing material composite layer composed of hydraulic inorganic cement powder and non- hydraulic inorganic powder is superposed on resin aqueous emulsion, brought into press-contacting with each other before the backing material composition is hardened and the coating agent is dried, and then heated at a temperature of 85-170 deg.C to be hardened and dried. A resin aqueous emulsion having a glass transition point of -50 to +50 deg.C is as a backing material composition, and 120-400 pts.wt. cement powder and 160-600 resin aqueous emulsion having a glass transition point of -10 pts.wt. inorganic powder are mixed with 100 pts.wt. resin. A resin aqueous emulsion having a glass transition point of -10 to +30 deg.C is used as a resin aqueous emulsion coating agent, and only the resin aqueous emulsion may be used, but preferably inorganic filling material is mixed therewith.

A copper powder, a brass powder, copper acetate, copper chloride, copper suboxide, copper oxide, a copper base pigment, etc., can be used as component C.

摘要： PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the adherence between an insert part and injected resin by a method wherein the integration of a resin molded item and the insert part is done under the state that the insert part is inserted in a cavity after aqueous acrylic primer having low glass transition point (Tg) is applied onto the surface of the insert part. CONSTITUTION:Primer 8, which is made of aqueous acrylic resin copolymer emulsion having the glass transition point (Tg) of 20 deg.C or lower, is applied to the peripheral surface of the side wall of an insert part such as a coil bobbin resin molded item 4 of a solenoid valve and, after that, dried. The resultant item is installed in the cavity of the movable mold of injection molds so as to inject resin for molding in order to obtain a composite molded body. Satisfactory airtightness is proved by pressurized air between the resin member of the composite laminate and the inserted resin member. Further, by using acrylic emulsion as the surface treatment primer of the insert part, the adherence, which is highly resisted to both thermal an electrical shocks, is obtained.
