    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the malfunction of a pressure sensor by sounding an alarm when the frequency analysis value based on the pressure sensor is the specified threshold or more, and outputting the abnormality of the pressure sensor when the output correlation of the pressure sensor and a microphone is less than the specified value. SOLUTION: A microphone 5 is installed on the outside near a combustor 1 of a turbine, and the output of the microphone 5 is sent to a personal computer 4 via an amplifier 6. The output of a pressure sensor 2 is amplified by a first amplifier 3 and sent to the personal computer 4, and the output of the microphone 5 is sent to the personal computer 4 via the second amplifier 6. The personal computer 4 computes the correlation of these signals and analyzes the output frequency of the first amplifier 3. The personal computer 4 sounds an alarm when the frequency analysis value is the specified threshold or more, and outputs the abnormality of a pressure sensor when the correlation is less than the specified value. That is, the pressure sensor is regarded as normal in the case of the correlation of sound pressure vibration between the inside and outside of the combustor 1 being high, and the pressure sensor is regarded as abnormal in the case of the correlation being low.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ascertain abnormal vibration easily and to detect an abnormality in its early stages, even when abnormal vibration accompanied by a minute time change happens because of damages, etc. of an apparatus. SOLUTION: Vibration of a body 8 to be measured is detected by a vibration acceleration sensor 1, and its detected signals are amplified by an amplifier 2, and thereafter signals in a specific frequency band are extracted by a band- pass filter 3. That is, signals which are in the specific frequency band and generated due to an abnormality of a rotating machine or the like are extracted by the band-pass filter 3. Then, the signals extracted by this band-pass filter 3 are rectified by a half-wave rectifier 4, high frequency components in the rectified signals are removed by a low-pass filter 5 for finding an enveloping waveform, and the signal is, after being amplified by an amplifier 6, listened to as sound using a headphone 7 via a changeover switch 9.
