摘要： PURPOSE:To drive a pile deeply into the ground while holding a leader at a constant height by providing holders for fixing the relative positions of both pipes in a multi-stages type telescopic casing pipes at arbitrary positions. CONSTITUTION:A casing pipe 5 is composed of a main part and an extension 5', and the inner peripheral surface of a lower stage casing pipe 4 is moved vertical. Further, a pipe 122 is fitted in the pipe 5, and branch pipes 1231, 1232 are laid. Then, holders 1201, 1202 are secured to the pipe extension 5', and the fluid pressures in the pipe 122 and the branch pipes 1231, 1232 are increased and decreased under remote control so as to lock and release the pipe 5 and the pipe extension 5'. With this arrangement, it is possible to retract the pipe 5 during a sand pile driver being moved, but to extend the same during the pile being driven, thereby it is possible to drive a pile deeply into the ground.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of measurement of discharge quantity of the pile material by detecting the sound wave of an inline air column with two microphones provided inside of a casing and inside of a fitting cable connected to the casing, and obtaining a position of the top surface of the pile material on the basis of the detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:The sound wave is radiated from a speaker 34 to the inside of a casing 2 by a sound generating device provided outside of the casing 2. The resonance sound of this sound wave is detected by a first microphone 36 provided inside of the casing 2 and a second microphone 41 provided in a spherical and hollow fitting case 40 connected to the peripheral part of the casing 2, and the detected signal is output to a frequency analyzer 37. Resonance frequencies f0, f1 are analyzed by the frequency analyzer 37 to be transferred to an inline air column computing unit 38, and length l of the inline air column is obtained to compute a top surface position of the pile material 5. Discharge quantity of the pile material is thereby measured independently from the distribution of temperature.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve measurement accuracy of exhaust quantity of the pile material by feeding sound wave from the outside to an inline air column, which is formed by a casing and the top surface of the pile material, and obtaining the top surface position of the pile material on the basis of a resonance frequency, which is obtained on the basis of the detection of that sound wave, and the sound speed of the inline air pressure column. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that a cover of a hopper 4 is closed, white noise is radiated from a speaker 32 into a casing 2. Next, the resonance sound of this sound wave inside of the inline air column is detected by a microphone 34, and the resonance number f0 is analyzed by a frequency analyzer 36 on the basis of this output signal, and is transferred to an inline air column computing unit 38. On the other hand, a temperature (t) inside of the inline air column read out by a temperature sensor 35 is transferred to the inline air column computing unit 38 through an inline temperature measuring circuit 37. Length lof the inline air column is computed on the basis of a resonance frequency f0 and the sound speed (v), which is obtained on the basis of the temperature (t), with a formula l=v/(2.f0).

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically actuate a lock device for a hatch cover, by associating the rotation of a twist lock pin of a crane spreader adapted to be used for opening and closing the hatch cover, with the operation of the lock device. CONSTITUTION:When a hatch cover is unlocked, a twist lock pin 5 of a crane spreader is inserted into a lifting recess 6 and is simultaneously fitted into a bifurcated holder 7. When the twist lock pin 5 is rotated by a drive means, the bifurcated holder 7, a rotary lever 9 and a horizontal rod 13 are moved in association with the rotation of the twist lock pin 5, and therefore, an L-like lever and an edge side rod 22 are moved in association with the former to turn a hook 29. Thereby, the locking between the hook 29 and a locking fixture 33 is released. Meanwhile the twist lock pin 5 is rotated in the opposite direction when the hatch cover 2 is locked.

Earth hoisting work is carried out toward the stem side successively from the stern side of the barge 15, and during this while, a ship-operating wire rope 13 is wound by a barge operating which 11 via a guide roller 12. At this winding time, a lateral movement of the barge 15 is regulated by a guide roller 4 installed in an inner side face of a recess 3 installed in the bow of a base vessel 1. In such a state as regulated like this, the barge 15 is smoothly moved in an arrow direction by the winding of the wire rope 13.
