摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an abnormality monitor for machine in which the periodic variation of microsound pressure can be detected with no influence of sound generated from machines other than an objective machine to be monitored. CONSTITUTION:Sound generated from an objective machine to be monitored and other dark noise are detected by a microphone 11 and amplified by an amplifier 12. It is then fed to a band-pass filter 13 where a frequency band scarcely influenced by the sound generated from other than the objective machine is extracted. The extracted signal is then fed through a detector 14 to a low-pass filter 15 where only the low frequency components are taken out and fed to a frequency analyzer 16. The frequency analyzer 16 analyzes the frequency of the signal received from the low-pass filter 15 and monitors the spectral fluctuation of the sound wave thus deciding whether any abnormality is present in the machine. When the band-pass filter 13, the detector 14, and the low-pass filter 15 are provided, a low frequency signal representative of an abnormality appears definitely thus allowing positive detection of abnormality.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the measuring accuracy of an upper pile surface position, by determining the length of an intratube air column from the resonance frequency based on the detection of sound waves introduced into an intratube air column formed by a casing and an upper pile surface. CONSTITUTION:A whitish noise sound is introduced, from a speaker 16A, into an intratube air column formed by a casing 2 penetrated into a soft/weak ground 1, an upper casing end 20, and an upper pile surface 10, thereby to detect intratube resonance by means of microphones 19, 26. Then, the resonance frequency is analyzed by a frequency analyzer 21, the output of which is transferred to an intratube air column calculation section 22. Subsequently, a distance covering from a pile introduction port upper/lower boundary 25 to the upper pile surface 10 is calculated from the two intratube air column resonance frequencies and the distance between the upper casing end 20 and the boundary 25. This enables determination of a highly accurate upper pile surface position independently of the intratube temperature distribution.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the malfunction of a pressure sensor by sounding an alarm when the frequency analysis value based on the pressure sensor is the specified threshold or more, and outputting the abnormality of the pressure sensor when the output correlation of the pressure sensor and a microphone is less than the specified value. SOLUTION: A microphone 5 is installed on the outside near a combustor 1 of a turbine, and the output of the microphone 5 is sent to a personal computer 4 via an amplifier 6. The output of a pressure sensor 2 is amplified by a first amplifier 3 and sent to the personal computer 4, and the output of the microphone 5 is sent to the personal computer 4 via the second amplifier 6. The personal computer 4 computes the correlation of these signals and analyzes the output frequency of the first amplifier 3. The personal computer 4 sounds an alarm when the frequency analysis value is the specified threshold or more, and outputs the abnormality of a pressure sensor when the correlation is less than the specified value. That is, the pressure sensor is regarded as normal in the case of the correlation of sound pressure vibration between the inside and outside of the combustor 1 being high, and the pressure sensor is regarded as abnormal in the case of the correlation being low.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of measurement of discharge quantity of the pile material by detecting the sound wave of an inline air column with two microphones provided inside of a casing and inside of a fitting cable connected to the casing, and obtaining a position of the top surface of the pile material on the basis of the detecting signal. CONSTITUTION:The sound wave is radiated from a speaker 34 to the inside of a casing 2 by a sound generating device provided outside of the casing 2. The resonance sound of this sound wave is detected by a first microphone 36 provided inside of the casing 2 and a second microphone 41 provided in a spherical and hollow fitting case 40 connected to the peripheral part of the casing 2, and the detected signal is output to a frequency analyzer 37. Resonance frequencies f0, f1 are analyzed by the frequency analyzer 37 to be transferred to an inline air column computing unit 38, and length l of the inline air column is obtained to compute a top surface position of the pile material 5. Discharge quantity of the pile material is thereby measured independently from the distribution of temperature.

A gas container 3 made of a material, e.g. rubber, having flexibility and abundant ductility is arranged to an annular part formed between the porous pipe 4 and the casing 2. The gas container 3 is provided with a gas sealing plug 7, sealing with gas 6 is effected therethrough. As a result, since gas in the container absorbs pressure pulsation of liquid in the piping for damping, size is reduced and a cost is decreased, and damping is effected by means of all frequencies lower than a minimum cutoff frequency.

Then, the signals extracted by this band-pass filter 3 are rectified by a half-wave rectifier 4, high frequency components in the rectified signals are removed by a low-pass filter 5 for finding an enveloping waveform, and the signal is, after being amplified by an amplifier 6, listened to as sound using a headphone 7 via a changeover switch 9.
