摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an electricity propulsion type low vibration vessel which can be easily operated quietly and with high efficiency by forming a power generation unit in a double vibrationproof active vibration suppressing structure. CONSTITUTION:A power generation unit is constituted by arranging a Diesel engine 2 and an ac power generator 10 in parallel on a common cradle 13, and after the output electric current of the power generation unit is cycle- converted through an inverter 11, said output elastic current is introduced into the ac power generator 10 and drives a propeller shaft 4 directly or through a reduction gear. In this case, the power generation unit has a double vibrationproof active vibration suppressing structure. Therefore, the electric propulsion type low vibration vessel which can be operated easily and quietly and with high efficiency can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve measurement accuracy of exhaust quantity of the pile material by feeding sound wave from the outside to an inline air column, which is formed by a casing and the top surface of the pile material, and obtaining the top surface position of the pile material on the basis of a resonance frequency, which is obtained on the basis of the detection of that sound wave, and the sound speed of the inline air pressure column. CONSTITUTION:Under the condition that a cover of a hopper 4 is closed, white noise is radiated from a speaker 32 into a casing 2. Next, the resonance sound of this sound wave inside of the inline air column is detected by a microphone 34, and the resonance number f0 is analyzed by a frequency analyzer 36 on the basis of this output signal, and is transferred to an inline air column computing unit 38. On the other hand, a temperature (t) inside of the inline air column read out by a temperature sensor 35 is transferred to the inline air column computing unit 38 through an inline temperature measuring circuit 37. Length lof the inline air column is computed on the basis of a resonance frequency f0 and the sound speed (v), which is obtained on the basis of the temperature (t), with a formula l=v/(2.f0).

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve accuracy in measuring a discharged pile material by detecting a sound wave emitted to a tube air column under two different conditions of an open/close plate to obtain a resonance frequency, and measuring the discharge amount of the pile material after obtaining the top position thereof. CONSTITUTION:A white noise as a sound wave is emitted toward the inside of a casing 2 from a sound generation device 34 through a speaker 33, with an open/close plate 31 kept close. Then, the resonating sound of the noise is detected with a microphone 35. The resonance frequency fC of the detected output signal is analyzed with a frequency analyzer 36 for transmission to a tube air column operation section 37. Then, the resonating sound is similarly detected, with the open/close plate 31 kept open, and the resonance frequency fO is analyzed for transmission to the tube air column operation section 37. Tube air column length l is obtained with the tube air column operation section 37 under two different conditions of the open/close plate 31, thereby calculating the top position 11 of a pile material 5.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a double shorter in size as well as aim at reduction in the number of steel materials and welding processes, by installing an expanded taper part, whose plate width grows larger toward each end side, in both end parts of a long doubler plate material extending in a vertical direction at the same width. CONSTITUTION:In the case where length of the existing hull is to be extended in order to increase the extent of loading capacity, in case of a container ship by way of example, a long reinforced doubler 1 is installed in a strength deck or a bottom deck to make up for a shortage of longitudinal strength. Also there is provided with an expanded taper 4 so as to increase its plate width toward an end side 3 at an end part 2 of the doubler 1. And, a taper 5 in a plate width direction is installed in this end side 3, and the doubler 1 and a base plate 7 are joined together by means of fillet welding. Stress in the doubler end part is prevented from growing larger, and there is unnecessary to extend the doubler up to a position where a longitudinal stress is made smaller, thus reduction in the number of steel materials and welding processes is well promotable.

The angle piece 5 is fixed with the interior wall surface of a tunnel by way of an anchor bolt 7 while an interior finish board 4 is fixed with the angle piece 5 by way of a bolt and a nut 9. This construction makes it possible to simplify mounting work to the interior wall surface of the tunnel on a site and thereby shorten a construction period and reduce the efforts.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a cleaning method by which a carrier can travel on a narrow inspection road and the cleaning work is efficiently carried out and simplified and hence various costs are reduced. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning car 2 is driven to wash the inner wall face 1 of a tunnel by use of a brush 13 and washing water supplied from a water tank 6a provided on the cleaning car 2. When the cleaning car 2 has reached a water supply position installed in the tunnel, washing water is supplied to the water tank 6a of the cleaning car 2. That is, the cleaning car is detected by sensors 7, 8 when it has reached the branch pipe position and a valve 4 is opened and washing water is replenished through a water feed pipe 3, a water feed branch pipe 5, and the water tank 6a on the cleaning car 2 in this order. When the filled state of the water tank 6a is detected by a water level detecting sensor 11, the valve 4 is closed and the water supply into the water tank 6a is stopped. When the cleaning car has reached the next water supply position, washing water is again replenished.
