摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the title cleaner having a pull type structure combined with a push type structure, by a method wherein for the title cleaner domestic and ordinary, a fixing mechanism with which an extension pipe is removably fixed to a main body is provided, and the main body is inclined and is placed in the standing condition under which the extension pipe is fixed on the main body. CONSTITUTION:An engagement piece 34 for an engagement ring 33 mounted on an extension pipe 11 is formed in the shape of a square pillar with a gentle taper, and is inserted into an engagement opening 32 on a mounting plate 31 on a main body 2, and thus the extension pipe 11 is fixed. When a buzzer for a visitor is sounded, for instance, electricity is turned off with a nearby switch 10, and the front side of the main body 2 is lifted and an auxiliary wheel 24 is brought into contact with a floor surface 1. In this way, the title cleaner is placed in a standing condition by means of rear wheels 6 right and left and the auxiliary wheel 24, following which the engagement piece 34 for the extension pipe 11 is inserted into the engagement opening 32. An inclination 'theta' of the extension pipe 11 in the fixed condition is at about 120 deg., and the suction plane on a suction device 12 for the floor surface becomes almost parallel to the floor surface l. In this condition, when a grip part 9 is gripped and pushed, cleaning similar to a push type cleaner can be done with the title cleaner. After the end of the cleaning, the title cleaner can be placed in the condition standing at the corner of a room and stowed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make convenient the handling of the title cleaner, by a method wherein for a domestic, ordinary suction cleaner, its main body is movably placed in a standing condition by means of wheels provided on the stand surface of the main body, and a pull type cleaner is used also for a push type cleaner. CONSTITUTION:While a main body 2 is being pulled by gripping a grip part 9 and front and rear wheels 5, 6 are being rotated, a suction device 12 for a floor is slid on a floor surface 1 before and behind, and sucks litter and dust. When the cleaner needs to be temporarily stopped during cleaning, electricity is turned off with a nearby switch 10, and the front side of the main body 2 is lifted, and the cleaner is turned around supporting points, rear wheels 6 right and left, and an auxiliary wheel 24 on a stand surface 17 is brought into contact with the floor surface 1. In this way, the main body 2 is supported at the three points, the rear wheels 6 right and left, and the auxiliary wheel 24, and is movably placed in a standing condition. At this time, an engagement piece 34 for an extension pipe 11 is inserted into an engagement opening 32 on the side of the main body 2, and is joined and fixed. The space part 13 has a large cushion effect, vibration of the wheel frame body 10 is absorbed by the space part 13, and it is not transferred to the floor surface.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a radiating effect of a heat radiating plate and to reduce noise by passing some or the whole of air discharged from a blower in the periphery of a heat radiating plate, and providing an air duct for forcing air to pass the bottom of a cleaner main body. CONSTITUTION:An opening portion 20 is formed in the periphery of a heat radiating plate 9, a bottom air duct 22 is formed in the lower portion of a cleaner in such a manner as to be connected to a rear air duct 21 provided on the rear of the cleaner, and the air duct 22 is connected to an exhaust port 23 provided on the front side of the cleaner. Thus, the air discharged from a blower 5 passes the periphery of the heat radiating plate 9, and then reaches the exhaust port 23 through the rear air duct 21 and the bottom air duct 22 of the cleaner to be diffused in the air. Accordingly, the air passes the periphery of the heat radiating plate 9 and the heat radiating plate 9 is cooled by the air, so that a radiating effect is increased so as to reduce the area and the thickness. The air discharged from the blower 5 in the cleaner main body passes through such a long air duct while it passes the periphery of the heat radiating plate 9 and is diffused in the air from the exhaust port 23 through the rear air duct 21 and the bottom air duct 22 of the cleaner, so that the noise propagated by the air is absorbed in the air duct in the meantime.

Therefore, the ticks carried by the air flow 19a together with dust are partly collided with the impeller 16 and killed by the shock, while the remainder is knocked onto the inner circumferential surface 12b of the casing on the air flow 19b, and killed by this shock. This device is easy to disassemble and assemble, and also easy to install to and remove from a cleaner.

Consequently, an air flow 20a running in the axial direction of the pipe in the sucking passage forms an air flow 20b running in centrifugal direction by a rotating impeller 19, which air flow blows the air onto the inner circumferential surface 13a of a casing. As the impeller 19 is provided with a heater 21, the impeller surface and its circumference becomes a high temperature atmosphere of 50 deg.C or more, and the ticks surviving the shock are killed by the high temperature. The impeller surface has a coat of an insecticide such as hinoki oil or is impregnated with it, and the surface is toxic. Therefore, the ticks never killed by the mechanical shock are killed by the toxicity of the impeller surface.

Since an inner cover 18 is pressed toward a cover 16 through a spring holder 20 by a spring 19, the seal member 21 is pressed against the edge part 17a of the air inflow port, but since the seal member 21 is formed by high density urethane, adhesion of the seal member 21 and the edge part 17a of the air inflow port is satisfactory, and its seal becomes complete. As a result, in a standard use state, it does not occur that air flows in from the seal face. Also, even if there is variance of spring force in the spring 19, since the seal of the seal member 21 and the edge part 17a of the air inflow port is complete, there is no malfunctioning of the cleaner due to air leakage.
