CONSTITUTION:Water 2 in a hot water tank 1 is heated by a heater 9. Heat is rapidly radiated from the bottom section of the hot water tank 1 which is heated by the heater 9 through cooling fins 10 and the outer peripheral wall of a projected part 8a after the hot water 9 is boiled. Accordingly, the temperature of a part of a hot water discharge pipe 3 is restrained from being increased. Accordingly, the hot water in the tank 1 is sucked from the hot water discharge pipe 3 with boiling being suppressed, into a motor driven pump 4, and is then fed from a hot water feed port 6 by way of a hot water pipe 5. The height h1 of the projected part 8a is set to a value in a range of 5 to 10% of the diameter of the hot water tank 1 so as to given an excellent effect.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an odor lingering on hot water in a hot water bath even when the odor is generated from a heater or a control circuit, etc., assembled in a main body case by providing a deodorizing device between the main body case and the hot water bath. CONSTITUTION:When the odor is generated in the main body case 1 from the heater 7 or the control circuit 8, etc., assembled between the hot water bath 2 and the main body case 1, the odor is deodorized with the deodorizing device 10 provided in the main body case 1. Therefore, the hot water in the hot water bath 2 passes a silicon tube 5 and a hot water introduction tube 4 as a state without generating the lingering of the odor from the silicon tube 5 to the hot water 3, and is supplied from a hot water outlet 6. When the deodorizing device 10 arrives at a saturated state. it is replaced by a new deodorizing device by removing from the main body case 1. Also, by generating a convection current by using a fan, a deodorizing effect can be further heightened.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance safety performance by providing a temperature excess rise prevention device, which is located at a longitudinal and central section near an exhaust port and mounted to a heat shielding board, and installing a soaking board, which forces heating air at the central side once, to a section directly over a heater of the heat shielding board. CONSTITUTION:When power is supplied to a heater 5, the air in a heat shielding board 4 is heated up and discharged from an exhaust port 8 of a top panel 3 so that the indoor air may be heated. As a result, cooled air is sucked up from a suction port 7 of a bottom plate 2 into the heat shielding board 4 where the air rises in the heat shielding board 4 heated with the heater 5. The air at that time is once collected at the center of the heat shielding board 4 by means of soaking boards A, B10, 11, mixed, and then diffused, which makes it possible to avoid local heating of the top panel 3 even when the temperature is locally increased by the heater 5 due to its manufacturing variability. Furthermore, even when a part of the exhaust port 8 is covered with a blanket or the like, it will be possible to sense the aforesaid state promptly and halt the power supply of the heater 5 immediately since a temperature excess rise prevention device 9 is installed in the longitudinal and central section of the heat shielding board 4 near the exhaust air port.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the front face panel and the rear face plate from overheating by providing a heat shielding plates between the heater in a main body case and the front face panel and between said heater and the rear face plate so as to make the air go through the upper face of a guide plate and installing an excessive temperature rise prevention device at a position opposite to the heater. CONSTITUTION:A front heat shielding plate 20 between the heater 10 and front face panel 2 in a main body case 1 is provided and a rear heat shielding plate 21 is provided between the heater 10 and the rear face plate 3 through a seating plate 6. An air suction port 22 is opened below the front face panel 2, an exhaust gas port 23 in a ceiling plate 5, and, further, an exhaust gas port 24 above the rear heat shielding plate. And a gap 25 is provided between the guide plate 7 and the upper face plate 4. Furthermore, an excess temperature rise prevention device 12 is installed on the rear heat shielding plate 21 on its side facing the heater. With this constitution the heat from the heater 10 is shielded by the front heat shielding plate 20 and rear heat shielding plate 21 and it does not reach the front face panel 2 and the rear face plate 3 so that both plates are never overheated. And, the heater 10 overheats only the space between the front heat shielding plate 20 and rear heat shielding plate 21 so that the efficiency of heating the air flows (b) and (a) that flow in from an air suction port 8 and flow out of an exhaust gas port 9 by the heater 10 becomes high.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a bottle in which hot water is boiled and a danger to discharge the hot water occurring by providing an optical path through which light from a light emitting element passes to a water pipe corresponding to the upper and lower limit positions of a water quantity in a hot water bath, and controlling the energizing of a heater by transmitting or blocking the light with a water ball ascending/descending corresponding to a water level. CONSTITUTION:When the water quantity in the hot water bath 1 is between the lower limit A and the upper limit B within regulation, the optical paths formed between reflecting mirrors 10b and 10c, and between the reflecting mirror 10a and a light receiving element 9b are released, therefore, the light from the light emitting element 9a arrives at the light receiving element 9b, then, the heater is energized. At such a case, when the water quantity in the hot water bath 1 is decreased. the water ball 8 in the water pipe 7 descends. When the water level arrives at the lower limit A, the light from the light emitting element 9a is blocked, and no light arrives at the light receiving element 9b. The energizing of the heater 5 is therefore, stopped with a control circuit 11, which prevents the bottle in which the hot water is emptied boild. Also, when water over a regulation level is supplied to the hot water bath 1, the water ball 8 also,ascends, and when the water level arrives at the upper limit B, the light from the light emitting element 9a is blocked. The energizing of the heater 5 is therefore, stopped, which prevents the discharge of the hot water 3 from an upper cover 2 or a water outlet 4 occurring.
