    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of an automatic opening/closing device of a vehicle by reducing the number of components, and to downsize the automatic opening/closing equipment. SOLUTION: A clutch storage chamber is provided in a case 25 for a drive unit 22, and an electromagnetic clutch is housed in the clutch storage chamber. A board storage chamber 46a is provided in the case 25 adjacently to the clutch storage chamber, and a control board 47 for controlling the operation of an electric motor 27 and that of the electromagnetic clutch is housed in the board storage chamber 46a. A connecting wire 37a of the electromagnetic clutch is pulled out from the clutch storage chamber, and pulled into the board storage chamber 46a from a wire pull-in hole 71 which is provided in the case 25. A connector 73, which is provided at the leading end of the connecting wire 37a, is held by a holder 75, and connected to a connector 74 of the control board 47 by mounting the holder 75 in the hole 71.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor head of an electrostatic capacitance type proximity sensor which has high reliability and responsiveness, while functioning also as a touch sensor which detects contact of an object. The speed of the running of the electric motor is reduced up to the predetermined number of revolutions by a speed reduction mechanism which is equipped with a worm and a worm wheel 35b, and transferred to a drive shaft 34, so as to rotatively drive a driving drum 41. A board storage chamber 46a is provided in the case 25, and a control board 47 for controlling the operation of the electric motor is housed in the board storage chamber 46a. A part of a board body 47a of the control board 47 is arranged between the driving drum 41 and the worm wheel 35b, and a rotary sensor 54 is mounted on the board body 47a in this part. A multipole magnet 53, which is rotated along with the drive shaft 34, is arranged between the worm wheel 35b and the driving drum 41. The rotary sensor 54 faces the magnet 53.
