The washing device comprises: a case; a tub supported by the case, the tub having a laundry entrance hole for taking laundry in or out in a front portion thereof and an external-air inflow hole for introducing external air therethrough; an external-air inflow tube passing through the case and connected to the external-air inflow hole so as to guide the external air outside the case into the external-air inflow hole; a drum having a laundry entrance hole corresponding to the laundry entrance hole of the tub, the drum being rotatably installed within the tub; a shaft connected to a rear portion of the drum; a bearing housing rotatably supporting the shaft; and a suspension assembly for decreasing the vibration of the drum and of a driving part comprising a motor for rotating the shaft. Thus, the washing device may be structured for increased washing capacity, and a pressurized environment within the tub may be improved so as to prevent the drum from being moved forward.

After an arbitrary pixel has been extracted from each sub-block of a current block, encoded, decoded, and restored, the restored arbitrary pixel is used to predict and encode the remaining pixels of the respective sub-block. According to the present invention, encoding efficiencies can be enhanced in the encoding and decoding of images by improving the prediction accuracy when intra prediction is performed on the pixel of a block to be encoded or decoded.

摘要： The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for determining a motion vector. The apparatus for determining the motion vector according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a block identification unit for identifying a same position block included in a reference picture as a block which is at the same position as a present block; a motion block determination unit for determining whether the present block is a motion block on the basis of the motion vector of the same position block; a motion vector decision unit for deciding the motion vector of the present block according to the determined result; and a resolution conversion unit for converting the resolution of the motion vector of the same position block. 摘要： The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for encoding/decoding images using adaptive motion vector resolution. The method for encoding/decoding the images of the present invention comprises the steps of: producing a predictive motion vector of a present block to be encoded by using motion vectors of at least one or more adjacent blocks; and encoding a predicted result of the present block and the information of the present block indicating a skip block when the predictive motion vector satisfies a skip condition. This embodiment of the present invention can improve image compression efficiency by being devised to allow efficient encoding of the encoding information which is used when encoding images, and allows the encoding of images through the selective use of diverse encoding formats and decoding formats.
