      SOLUTION: The combined contaminated soil cleaning apparatus is constituted by a rotatable cylindrical heating stirring crushing part 7 for heating, stirring and crushing the combined contaminated soil (SAo); a classification part 10 for classifying the crushed soil by a particle diameter; a drying/sorting device 3 in which a heating device 5 for feeding hot air to the heating stirring crushing part and a fixing casing 12 covering the heating stirring crushing part and the classification part are integrally constituted; an air discharge device 42 for sucking dust in the fixing casing; a dust collection duct for discharging the dust in the fixing casing to the outside; a bag filter 40 communicating with the dust collection duct; and a washing device 25 for washing the soil, of the combined contaminate soil classified by the classification part, having a remaining contamination exceeding a reference value with water.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological cleaning method and an apparatus for contaminated soil capable of controlling ventilation according as degradation activity of microorganisms. SOLUTION: An oxygen analyzer 5 is disposed in the contaminated soil S and a decrease rate (δ[O 2 ]/δt) of residual oxygen concentration [O 2 ] is measured by using the oxygen analyzer 5. The contaminated soil S is cleaned while the ventilation volume into the contaminated soil S is controlled in accordance with the decrease rate (δ[O 2 ]/δt). The oxygen consumption C 02 in the contaminated soil S is calculated from the decrease rate (δ[O 2 ]/δt) of residual oxygen concentration [O 2 ] and the soil air volume VSPACE of the contaminated soil S and the ventilation volume into the contaminated soil S is controlled in accordance with the oxygen consumption C 02 . Further preferably, a thermometer 6 is disposed in the contaminated soil S and a soil temperature TSOIL is measured by using the thermometer 6.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification method and a purification system by which contaminated soil can be efficiently and economically purified with low energy consumption.
      SOLUTION: The thickness d from the surface of contaminated soil C to be purified, which enables natural ventilation, is detected. A part of contaminated soil C is sprayed out as soil layer C1 having the detected thickness d and the sprayed out soil layer C1 is left to stand until it is purified to a predetermined concentration. Another part of contaminated soil C is sprayed out over the purified soil layer C1 as covering soil layer C2 having the detected thickness d and then the sprayed out soil layer C2 is left to stand to be purified to a predetermined concentration. Through repetition of this cycle, contaminated soil C is entirely purified while laminating soil layers.
