CONSTITUTION:The ground on both sides of a place where an underground continuous wall is to be constructed is improved while mixing it with a hardener, and sheathing materials 8, e.g., H-steel, etc., are vertically set. Concrete for guide wall 6 in an underground continuous wall construction method is placed up to the height of the excavated face of a top plate 2 in such a way as to bury its head. A coping stone 4 serving as guide wall 6 is provided for the head of the material 3 for connecting and underground continuous wall 1 is constructed to the height of the top plate 2 until a given depth is reached inside of the material 3. The ground surrounded by the material 3 is excavated to the lower end of the top plate, and the top plate 2 is constructed on the wall 1. The needs for shoring strut construction can be eliminated during the excavation of top plate portion, and the construction work can thus be economized.

    • PURPOSE:To exactly support horizontal forces to be applied by a method in which a bearing wall, a form box, and a reinforcing bag cage are set in a trench, the bearing walls on both ends of the form box are connected with tie rods, concrete is placed into the form box, and cover plates are set in front of the excavating direction. CONSTITUTION:A given depth of trench 1 is excavated in the ground, and a form box 2 consisting of a bearing wall 3 and side plates 4 and reinforcing bars 6 are integrally penetrated into the trench 1. The form box 2 is fixed with tie rods 10 through the wall 3 by using nuts 11. Concrete 13 is placed in the rare part of the excavating direction of the box 2, and cover plates 14 are set in front of the excavating direction of the box 2 to close the trench 1. The ground in front is excavated. The underground wall can thus be exactly constructed without causing the displacement of the form box because of support by the tie-rods and can withstand the horizontal forces such as soil pressure, etc.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent instrusion of paste and debris into a bracket metal by connecting the bracket metal to a horizontal reinforcement, making it free to insert and remove an engagement fitting installed on a coupler into and from the bracket metal and attaching a thin iron plate to close a slit at the time of no insertion. CONSTITUTION:A thin iron plate 7 is fixed on both sides of a slit 3 of a bracket metal 1 by tapping screws 8. At that time, the head end of the thin iron plate 7 is projected in the direction of the slit 3, and both of them are reciprocally butted each other. When the engagement fitting 2 is inserted from an opening of the bracket metal 1, a coupler plate 6 is adhered at the head end part of the thin iron plate 7. Consequently, at the time of depositing concrete of a following element and drilling, it is possible to prevent instrusion of paste and debris into the bracket metal 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast-in-place construction method according to which a stabilizing liquid in an excavated hole is maintained in a good quality condition, and adhesion of mud cake to a hole wall at excavation is prevented or suppressed.
      SOLUTION: The cast-in-place construction method is comprised of the following four steps. In the first step, a rod pipe 24 of an excavator 10 is driven for rotation and lowered, and excavation is carried out by a cutter head 26 arranged on a lower end of the rod pipe. In the second step, the stabilizing liquid is supplied from a lower opening of the rod pipe into the excavated hole 28. In the third step, the stabilizing liquid is supplied from the vicinity of a hole aperture of the excavated hole 28 to the excavated hole. In the fourth step, a suction port of a slurry lifting pump 60 is arranged in the excavated hole in a range of a predetermined height from a deepest bottom of the hole, and the slurry on the bottom of the excavated hole is recovered. According to the method, the above four steps are simultaneously carried out, and thereafter ready mixed-concrete is placed in the excavated hole. Therefore, according to the method, the stabilizing liquid in the excavated hole is maintained in a good quality condition.
