    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiver that can directly access an acquisition destination on a network for providing a key to decrypt a desired encrypted broadcast program broadcast in digital broadcasting so as to reduce the communication cost and enhance the probability whereby the program can be viewed from the beginning even when a margin up to a start time of the desired broadcast program is comparatively small.
      SOLUTION: The broadcast receiver includes: broadcast receiving means (1, 4 to 13) for receiving the digital broadcasting; communication means (1 to 3) for executing two-way communication via a network; an operating means 15 for executing acquisition operations of the key for decrypting the encrypted broadcast program received by the broadcast receiving means; and an address generating means 16 for generating an address of the acquisition destination of the key accessed by the communication means by using program arrangement information corresponding to the broadcast program on the basis of the acquisition operations of the key by the operating means 15.
