摘要： A plurality of resources such as an image, audio, and data broadcast contained in a content are separately stream-encrypted. A reception side separates the encrypted streams for each of resources and acquires an initialization packet in the encrypted streams. According to the initialization packet, a decryption algorithm is initialized and a decryption key is acquired for decrypting the respective resources.

摘要： Provided is a system which receives an initialization packet containing an initialization vector for initializing a stream encryption algorithm and an identifier of a key for decrypting the encrypted stream, initializes the decrypted module, and decrypts the encrypted stream. An identifier of a key required for decrypting the next program is contained in the initialization packet in the current program so that whether a desired key has been acquired is presented to a viewer when the view time is approaching.

摘要： In order to provide various service types to the users in a case of supplying the contents constituted from multiple resources via broadcast, the following apparatuses are provided. An encryption apparatus (100) encrypts the resources-to-be-encrypted of the contents, stores the encrypted resources in the packets and transmits the packets via broadcast. An encryption portion which encrypts each of contents constituted from multiple resources by applying a corresponding encryption key and generates and transmits packets that store encrypted data or non-encrypted data of the resources. A licensing apparatus (2) providing a license via communication network while the license includes both a license identifier which indicates a broadcast range in which the license is effective and the decryption key provided in correspondence with each of resources-to-be-encrypted. A decryption apparatus (300), by using the corresponding decryption key included in the license received via communications lines, decrypts the encrypted data of the packets received via broadcast.

An encoder (11-1) of this disclosure, included in a transmission device (1) of this disclosure, applies LDPC encoding to digital data using a unique check matrix for each code rate by using a check matrix in which, taking a check matrix initial value table established in advance for each code rate at a code length of 44880 bits as initial values, 1 entries of a partial matrix corresponding to an information length appropriate for a code rate of 93/120 are allocated in the column direction over a cycle of 374 columns. A demodulator (23) of this disclosure, included in a reception device (2) of this disclosure, decodes digital data encoded by the encoder (11-1).

A modulator according to another aspect of this disclosure includes a modulation mapper (15) that performs 32APSK mapping at a second inner circle to first inner circle radius ratio of 2.87 and an outer circle to first inner circle radius ratio of 5.33 when the LDPC code rate is 93/120. The modulator is included in a transmission device (1) according to this disclosure. A demodulator according to this disclosure includes a quadrature detector (21) that performs demodulation corresponding to the modulator. The demodulator is included in a reception device (2) according to this disclosure.

SOLUTION: A broadcast receiver (200) is provided with: a broadcast reception means (210); a display means (260D); a storage means (M1) for storing a key to decode stream encrypted data; a program information storage means (M2) for storing program information; a control means (250) that displays video stream of a present program, information of a succeeding program in the program information stored in the program information storage means, key acquisition presence/absence information for decoding a stream of the succeeding program on a display means and controls display of a message of urging the acquisition of a key corresponding to the succeeding program on the display means when the acquisition presence/absence information indicates that no key is acquired; and a key acquisition means (270) for acquiring the key of the succeeding program whose key is displayed unacquired by means of the acquisition presence/absence information.
