摘要： Method of producing a waterproof sheet for a tunnel which is to be built by a cut and cover tunneling method comprising a base sheet containing a synthetic resin which is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a content of a structural unit derived from vinyl acetate of 30% by mass or more, and having on a surface thereof a silica-containing surface layer containing silica having a silicon dioxide content of 90% by mass or more, the method comprising a step of coating the base sheet with a silica dispersion liquid and drying under heating to form the silica-containing surface layer, the silica dispersion liquid comprising (i) to (iii): (i) silica having a silicon dioxide content of 90% by mass or more, dispersed in (ii) an organic solvent exhibiting dissolution action on said ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer of the base sheet, and (iii) a thickener having affinity with the synthetic resin of the base sheet, the thickener being an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a content of structural unit derived from vinyl acetate of 30 to 90% by mass, the silica in the silica-containing surface layer being present in a content of from 30 to 200 mg/cm 3 , the silica-containing surface layer being formed over a depth of from 5 to 30 µm from the surface of the waterproof sheet, the waterproof sheet having a tensile breaking strength of 20 MPa or more, a tensile breaking elongation of from 10 to 50%, a tear strength of 50 N or more and a watertightness on deterioration in evenness or levelness of 10 mL/day or less, and a mortar adhesion strength of 15 N/cm or more.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform impermeable works by a superior workability by integrally bonding a fiber cloth layer having a prescribed length of pile on its surface to a water resistant layer and by setting it as a laminated element. SOLUTION: An impermeable sheet 1 is provided by a laminated element formed by integrally bonding a fiber cloth layer 11, or a mesh cloth of knot 3-50 mm having a pile 8 of length 1 mm or more on a water resistant layer 10, or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer. A fiber cloth drain layer is provided in an un-bonded face side of the fiber cloth layer 11 in the water resistant layer 10. The impermeable sheet 1 is laid on a tunnel wall face composed of a rock layer and/or a ground layer with its surface having the pile 8 faced to the frontmost face and the water resistant material is applied on the surface having the pile 8 so as to be hardened. This constitution enables the impermeable works efficiently at superior workability.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing method for a batholithic part of an underground structure and a structure of the batholithic part, which make a waterproof sheet resistant to damage even in a disorderly working process and allow the waterproof sheet to be laid on a batholithic layer composed of cobblestones, etc., so as to enable direct placing of leveling concrete, by using the waterproof sheet reinforced with a fabric composed of synthetic fibers. SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet satisfies the following conditions: at least one layer is composed of the synthetic fiber fabric; (a) tensile strength is in a range of 10-50 kN/m; (b) a synthetic fiber yarn constituting the synthetic fiber fabric has a fineness of 200-1,100 dtex; and (c) the number of the picked synthetic fiber yarns per inch is in a range of 10-30 per inch. The waterproof sheet is laid on the batholithic part of the underground structure, and the leveling concrete is placed directly on the laid waterproof sheet.
