摘要： PURPOSE: To increase the fixing property of a FRP hollow rod and reinforce a material to be protected for a long period. CONSTITUTION: This wedge is provided with a conical and trapezoidal part A and a columnar guide B connected to the conical and trapezoidal part A and the smaller end face. In this case, the front end angle θ made by extension of the slant side of the conical and trapezoidal part A is taken as 15 deg.>=θ>=5 deg.. The relationship of the larger end face diameter D1 , the smaller end face 2, the guide part B diameter D2 , the distance L1 between the larger end face 1 and the smaller end face, the inner diameter r at the FRP rod end, is taken as 5.5D1 >=L1 >=2D1 . D1 >=0.4r+D2 , r>=D2 . The notched length L2 of the FRP rod end is taken as L1 >=L2 >=2/3L1 . The ratio of the sectional area occupied by the FRP rod is made to be within 70% of the sectional area obtained from the maximum outer periphery of the rod and further, 0.2mm or higher protrusions are formed on the rod surface.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a fiber reinforced plastic rod which is low in cost and excellent in the mechanical strength and which secures a high adhesive property with a hydraulic material, by arranging a FRP part at the outer periphery of the rod by a specified sectional area and providing protrusions with a speci fied height on the surface of rod. CONSTITUTION: A number of reinforcing fibers stretched in order to the same direction are impregnated with a resin to solidify them, constituting a FRP part A, and it is applied on the outer peripheral part of a rod. In this case, the sectional area occupied by the FRP part is made equivalent to 70% of the sectional area obtained from the maximum outer diameter of the rod or less. Moreover, 0.2mm or higher protrusions 3 are provided on the surface of rod. The protrusions are put around the rod to form twill or spiral patterns with fibers or other linear materials 4 or stuck onto the surface of rod with a cloth 5. Or these materials 4, 5 are used at the same time. Reinforcing fibers are selected from polyvinyl alcohol, polyester, aramid, acrylic, polyolefin, glass, and carbon.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off sheet which is effective for cutting off water at the time of civil engineering works such as construction and repairing of a tunnel, a bulkhead, and revetment, for cutting off water at the time of construction and repairing of a structure such as a building, a house, a tank, a reservoir, and for preventing and restraining leakage at the other various portions, and to provide a cut-off method using the cut-off sheet. SOLUTION: There is provided a cut-off sheet formed of a sheet-like waterproof substrate having a projective wall with a height of 1 mm or more at least on one surface of the substrate, or alternatively a cut-off sheet formed of a sheet-like waterproof substrate having a projective wall with a height of 1 mm or more at least on one surface of the substrate and a drain layer on the other surface of the substrate. There is also provided a cut-off method using the cut-off sheet. According to the method, after or without laying an earth retaining wall layer on a surface to be cut off, the cut-off sheet is laid on the surface such that the surface having the projective wall, of the cut-off sheet, forms an uppermost surface, and a waterproof material is applied to the surface having the projective wall, followed by curing the material, to thereby form a waterproof material layer.

SOLUTION: The body inclining device 4 of a railway rolling stock 1 is integrally furnished with a hydraulic cylinder 62, an accumulator 61, a hydraulic circuit 63, a hydraulic pump 63f, an electric motor 63g, etc. The hydraulic cylinder 62 is a double acting cylinder having a cylinder main body 62a free to introduce working oil to both end parts 62b, 62c and is devised to incline the body 3 by expansion. The hydraulic circuit 63 is devised to circulate the working oil between the hydraulic cylinder 62 and the accumulator 61. The hydraulic circuit 63 is furnished with a circulating pipe 63b to directly circulate the working oil between the both end parts 62b, 62c of the cylinder main body 62a. The circulating pipe 63b is provided with a circulating valve 63d free to open and close and an orifice 63e.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance dimensional stability and improve the thickness uniformity by forming primary recessed and projected lines along the fiber axial direction on a fiber surface, also forming fine secondary recessed and projected lines in the primary recessed and projected lines and using spun yarns composed of polyvinyl alcohol fibers of specified or more section circularity. SOLUTION: Primary recessed and projected lines are formed along the axial direction on a fiber surface, and polyvinyl alcohol fibers forming fine secondary recessed and projected lines are used in the primary line. Also from the viewpoint of thickness uniformity and wear control of a base fabric, the fiber section circularity of fibers is set at 80% or more. In the above constitution, the inter-fiber deviation can be controlled efficiently by forming the secondary recessed and projected lines on the surface to improve the dimension stability of the base fabric. As the fibers of high section circularity are used, uneven thickness is hard to be generated, and particularly as the uniform pressure is easily applied, wear and the like are hard to be generated on a blanket to provide the superior printing characteristics and durability.

The photographic emulsion layer is provided on this undercoat layer B. The polyurethane resin forming the undercoat layer A is consisting of the combination of various kinds of polyols and polyisocyanates. As the polyurethane emulsion forming the undercoat layer B, polyurethane resins of water polyurethane series, especially of self- emulsifying type can be used.
