摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complete roundness holding device for segment rings in high accuracy, whereby it is possible that at least the inside surfaces of the ceiling parts of segment rings are supported uniformly in the circumferential direction even in case the center of the tunnel section is out of alignment from the center of the complete roundness holding device. SOLUTION: A complete roundness holding device for segment rings is equipped with hydraulic cylinders 12a and 12b for diametric enlargement at the top and bottom of a left and a right supports 11 installed upright as capable of running reciprocatively on a support frame 13 in the tunnel direction and an upper diametric enlarging beam 15 which is to couple together at least the left and right hydraulic cylinders 12a for upper diametric enlargement. A plurality of segment pressure supporting parts 18a-18e are installed dividedly in the circumferential direction of the beam 15, and these supporting parts 18a-18e are arranged as capable of expanding and contracting in the diametric direction independently by a hydraulic cylinder 24. Even if the center of the tunnel section is out of alignment from the center of this complete roundness holding device to result in generation of a non-abutting part, segment rings can be held under pressure uniformly alongside the shape of tunnel section by enlarging the diameter of the corresponding split segment pressure supporting part.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structurally simple segment gap adjusting device of a shield machine, which enables assembly of a segment to be easily and efficiently carried out by preventing mutual interference between the existing segment and the segment built into a last part of a segment ring. SOLUTION: A front end of a cylindrical casing is pivoted on one end of a segment end expanding/contracting cylinder 21 which expands/contracts in a radial direction of a tunnel, and a back end of the cylindrical casing is supported on a shield body 1 so as to be freely swingable over a prescribed distance in the radial direction of the tunnel via a trunnion coupling part. A segment end holding cylinder 23 inside the cylindrical casing 22 is extended to make free ends of the opposed segments S held from above and below by a holding member 24. Consequently, an end of an upper segment, which falls for contraction in an inside direction of the tunnel due to self-weight, can be expanded in the radial direction of the tunnel, and an end of the other upper segment, which falls in an outside direction of the tunnel due to self-weight, can be made smaller in diameter in the radial direction of the tunnel.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment erector device which allows operations for conveying and assembling various types of segments to be smoothly and efficiently conducted without reference to the shape and height of a tunnel pit or the shape and number of division of the segment not only by bringing about simplification and downsizing of a structure but also by enabling miniaturization of the device. SOLUTION: An operating means (9) provided in a revolving superstructure (3a) is composed of a composite operating mechanism constituted by combining a link driving cylinder (12), a parallel link mechanism (13) which is coupled to the cylinder (12) and can move up and down, and an ascent/descent cylinder (11) which is coupled to the mechanism (13) and can move up and down independently of the mechanism (13). A central axis (1) of revolution of the revolving superstructure (3a) can be disposed in such a manner as to be deflected upward with respect to a central axis (1') of a tunnel, so as to enable securement of a lower space of the revolving superstructure (3a), which has the largest space required during the holding and assembly of the segment, and enable securement of a segment holding space, which is the smallest space required for the assembly of the segment, above the revolving superstructure (3a).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the operation by arranging a cable drag chain which makes a folding back part movable in an annular space formed out of a cylindrical fixing body and a rotary body arranged coaxially with the fixing body and supporting an energy supply cable. SOLUTION: A storage and hold device is provided in an annular space part surrounded by an exterior wall 6 on a fixing body side of a shield machine and an interior wall 7 on a rotary body side of an elector turn ring attached in a concentric circle. One end of a supply cable 8 is connected with a take-out port 9 on the fixing body side and the other end thereof is connected to a take-out port 9' on the rotary body side. A cable having such length that it can move in a scope of a rotation angle is held by a cable drag chain 11 in a condition in which it is inverted in an inversion part A. An inner side of the cable drag chain 11 which is inverted is held by a core frame 16 through a roller. Consequently, it is possible to prevent hanging down due to the self- weight at all times when an elector turns clockwise and counterclockwise. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent danger of cutting, disconnection, and rupture of cables securely.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complete roundness holding device for segment rings in high accuracy by certainly supporting the segment ring in the forefront row immediately after assembly using a simple structure without using any particular supporting member even if a large own weight or earth pressure acts on the segment rings. SOLUTION: A device 10 to hold complete roundness of a segment ring is equipped with a left and a right supports 11 installed upright as capable of running reciprocatively on a support frame in the tunnel direction, driving means 12a and 12b for diametric enlargement installed at the top and bottom of each support 11, and an upper diametric enlarging beam 15 in the form of circular arc to couple together at least the left and right driving means for upper diametric enlargement wherein a segment pressure supporting part 18 installed at the periphery of the upper diametric enlarging beam 15 is protruded to a position where the connection parts of the segment rings in the forefront row and the segment rings in the next row can be supported under pressure from the inside surface simultaneously. This supporting of connection parts is established certainly, which has been impossible according to the conventional technique, and a high accuracy complete roundness can be held.
