    • This invention relates to a pressure operated vehicle braking system (1), whereby at least one brake cylinder (34) is associated with a primary braking circuit and is emitted by a sensor (15) which detects a brake value. A primary brake cylinder (2) and a secondary brake cylinder (4) are associated with a second braking circuit. Said cylinders can be connected to a hydraulic fluid source (14) via a second control valve device (6, 8) according to a control signal which is associated with the second braking circuit and is emitted by a sensor (15) which detects a brake value. A third control valve device (62) is associated with another braking circuit and with a braking valve device (100) which is independent from the hydraulic fluid source (14) primary braking circuit has at least one brake cylinder (34) which can be connected to a pressure supply (27) for the primary braking circuit via a first control valve device (31) of a braking power regulator (15). The invention also relates to a secondary braking circuit in a primary braking cylinder (2) and is connected to a secondary braking cylinder (4). A switching device (64) is shifted into a locking state when anti-slip braking occurs. The control signal associated with the first braking circuit cannot be connected to the reversing valve arrangement (54) during said state.
