    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative ceramic sheet which is excellent in adhesion to a paint film and appearance while securing enough non-combustibility.SOLUTION: A decorative ceramic sheet has an organic paint film layer having an undercoat layer, a colored layer, and a clear layer in this order on the surface at least on one side of a ceramic substrate. In the decorative ceramic sheet, (a) the undercoat layer is surface-polished, and its film thickness is 5-100 μm, (b) the film thickness of the colored layer is 5-40 μm, (c) the clear layer is composed of a solvent clear layer which is applied by a roll coater and of 1-15 μm and a UV clear layer and has a total film thickness of 30-100 μm, and (d) the gross heating value by a cone calorimeter exothermic test is 8 MJ/mor less.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate having an incombustible property and excelling in surface smoothness, appearance, water resistance, weather resistance and handleability. The decorative plate fulfills the following conditions (1)-(3): (1) the fiber reinforced cement plate has a thickness of 3-6.5 mm, an apparent density of 1.4-1.8 g/cm 3 , and the content ratio of pulp which is reinforcing fiber being 5-8 mass%, (2) the sum total of organic solid contents contained in components of the impregnation sealer, components of the surfacer coating film, components of the enamel coating film and components of the clear coating film is 63-130 g per unit area (m 2 ) of the fiber reinforced cement plate, and (3) the heating value of the decorative plate is 8 MJ/m 2 or less.
