摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic decorative plate capable of raising a hardness of a surface, manufacturing a product having reproducibility of a design and a pattern and having excellent design properties, particularly lustrous feeling, stereoscopic feeling, shadow feeling and depth feeling. SOLUTION: The ceramic decorative plate 10 comprises a base plate 1, a substrate regulating layer 2 on the plate 1, a decorative layer 3 on the layer 2, and a transparent or translucent cured resin layer 4 on the layer 3. The plate 1 has a rugged part on its surface so that a depth from a protrusion to a recess of the rugged part is 80 to 300 μm, and the layer 3 contains a repellent for bringing about an irregular state. The plate 10 is obtained by regulating the surface temperature of the plate 1 to 60 to 90 deg.C, providing the layer 2, then regulating the surface temperature of the plate 1 to 50 to 80 deg.C, and then providing the layer 3, and further providing the layer 4.

A moisture content in a thin film when the thin film is wound on a making roll in a paper making step is 80 to 160% and a press pressure in a pressure/dehydration step is 2 to 30 MPa.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-cost fiber reinforced cement molding having sufficient strength and durability as an interior or exterior finishing material and excellent also in formability in production by incorporating specified amounts of cement, fly ash, reinforcing fibers and mica having a specified average particle diameter and a specified aspect ratio. SOLUTION: The fiber reinforced cement molding contains 40-60 wt.% cement, 15-40 wt.% fly ash, 1-10 wt.% reinforcing fibers and 2-15 wt.% mica having 3-100 μm average particle diameter and an aspect ratio of >=20. It is also preferable that the molding further contains 0-15 wt.% inorganic filler other than mica. The cement is one of ordinary Portland cement and high early strength cement or a mixture of these in an appropriate ratio. The fly ash is dust coal ash collected with a dust collector attached to a dust coal combustion furnace in a coal fired power plant. Woody pulp is preferably used as the reinforcing fibers so as to enhance the bending strength and impact strength of the resulting molding and to attain serve as process fibers in molding.
