    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the joint strength by providing a male joint having a truncated conical projection part on the main beam of one steel shell piece used for a rectangular shield tunnel, and providing a female joint having a receiving part on the other steel shell piece. SOLUTION: A male joint 21 is formed of a plate connecting part 24, a truncated conical projection part 25, and a rib 24. The truncated conical projection part 25 and a female joint 22 have axes right-angled to the axial directions of respective main beams 20A, 20B and right-angled to the lateral direction of a steel shell piece 8, and lengths substantially equal to the thickness of the main beams. The truncated conical projection part 25 is tapered, and the female joint 22 has a truncated conical projection housing part 27 provided within a block 26 connected to the steel shell piece 8 and capable of fitting the male joint 21 and a clearance 29 corresponding to the rib 24. The male joint 21 is preferably connected and integrated over a plurality of main beams by a connecting part 28, and fixed to the end part of the steel shell piece 8. The assembling and constructing work of a steel shell ring can be facilitated and made more efficient.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability by connecting foundation piles, which are placed in a mountain side and a valley side of a road, through a foundation beam, and providing floor plates on the beam projected outside of the valley side end from the foundation beam. SOLUTION: Foundation piles 3, 4 are placed with the predetermined space in the extension direction of a road in a crest side end and a valley side end of an existing road 1, and heads of the piles 3, 4 are connected to each other through a foundation beam 5. Continuously, a floor plate 7 and a pavement 8 are provided on a projecting beam 6 extended to a valley side of the beam 5 in the horizontal direction. Heads of the piles 3, 4 are formed of a weather resistant steel plate at need so as to improve the durability, and the piles 3, 4 are provided with a large diameter top plate so as to absorb an error of pile placing position. As the piles 3, 4, a reinforcing bar installed steel pipe, of which outside is filled with the grout material, or a H-type steel having a large surface area is used so as to increase the drawing resistance. Drill pile and field placing reinforcement concrete pile are used so as to facilitate the construction. With this structure, strength can be secured, and while necessity of maintenance is eliminated, and use of heavy machinery can be reduced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify installation and movement, and to make a moving working platform for construction works economical by a method wherein covering plates are spread all over the surface of a lattice frame formed by assembling steel materials and the working platform is constituted, travel devices are mounted to lower sections in the vicinity of both ends of main girders configuring the outer circumference of the lattice frame, and parts of wheels can be driven. SOLUTION: This working platform 1 is constituted by spreading covering plates all over the surface of a lattice frame formed by assembling steel materials, travel devices 2 are installed to lower sections in the vicinity of both ends of parallel main girders 11 on an outer circumference, and driver's cabs 14 and ladders 15 for lifting and lowering are set up at the four comers of the lattice frame. Since wheels mounted on the travel devices 2 are crossed and placed on rails 3 installed at the top sections of sheet piles 4, the moving working platform can travel in the direction of the flow of a river. Rail clamps 27 for holding at the time of stoppage and buffers 28 for collision prevention are set up. Since a drive mechanism is configured of a hydraulic motor and a speed reducer and drives the wheels of trucks and a bogie mechanism permits rotation in the horizontal planes of the trucks, the working platform can travel so far as a section between the rails is kept constant.

    • PURPOSE: To secure a double sheet pile that is large in buckling strength and ease of execution by forming a reinforcing bulkhead to be installed in the inner part of a double wall body consisting of a steel pipe sheet pile or the like as being connected to section steel with a rib of H steel on the like, and connecting the end pant with a joint. CONSTITUTION: A bulkhead 3, being composed of a standard panel 30a made up of welding plural pieces of H steel to a flange part and a space adjusting deformable panel 30b, is installed in the inner part of a double wall body consisting of two sheet- pile walls 1 and 2 placed two steel sheet piles or steel-pipe sheet piles 11 and 21 in two rows at an interval between them. In addition, a joint member 33 is installed in each space between the sheet piles 11, 21 and the panel 30a as well as between both the panels 30a and 30b respectively, and then a solidifier such as mortar 34 or the like is filled up and connected together. This double wall body is used for a temporary cutoff or the like to a time when a structure of an underwater tunnel and a pier or suchlike is set up, and an interval between the sheet-pile walls 1 and 2 is reinforced firmly with limited structural steel, while both setup and disassembly operations are made so as to be easily performable. With this constitution, the promotion of efficiency in execution of works is well expedited.
